I cannot tell you how easy, comfortable, knowledgeable the service was :) they are so helpful, and when a couple of my tiles were slightly damaged, they happily and willingly helped me to replace them. They were exceptional in keeping me informed after the order as to time of actual delivery. My whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Would definately recommend.

Jun 25,2024DDL tiles are an amazing company to deal with. I purchased tiles for 2 bathrooms, the product, price and service was all on point. We ran out of tiles for one of the bathrooms, I called and spoke to them, they ordered me more and gave me a date for when they would be in stock. They managed to get them quicker than the time frame they gave me. Great quality, great service, family run business and they are very helpful. Will use again

Mar 21,2024DDL is the best tile shop in our area!!! I browsed a lot and visited hundreds of them. I can confirm they provide an excellent service, the staff are very friendly, they really take your need on board. DDL offers a very fair price ( price for the same items in many others places, especially branches, noticeably higher), variety of tiles is huge there, high quality…In some way their shop is unique, I would call it a gallery. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! By the way, they were recommended to me by my colleague.

Seemed like they couldn't do enough for us, we're proactive when we were short on tiles. Lovely people and a good selection. We had so many people let us down in our rennovation project it was honestly a breath of fresh air working with the team at DDL

Mr. PJ who is a great connoisseur of various tiles, and he was able to point us to the right direction to make inform choice. We greatly appreciate all his time and effort to make our purchase and choice easy. The tiles we bought are of great quality and look fantastic. Both Dinesh and Alec were very helpful and ease communication between us and the manufacturer for some changes we made in the process. They are both responsive and generally wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for great quality tiles at a great price with great customer service, then these guys are hard to beat.

They were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable and gave us all the time we needed to decide on which tiles. Not to mention the quality of the tiles has been top notch. After service has been excellent too, and when we needed the odd extra tile at the last minute, Alecs went the extra mile to ensure we could get what we needed and right away. Nov 23,2021My wife finally chose tiles after several visits to DDL tiles, the staff are brilliant and did not have any issues with us visiting on several occasions and taking away different tiles to match our existing decor. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and there was never any pressure to purchase anything, always too happy to help. Would definietely recommend them.

Jul 16,2021Great service from PJ, helped us to select the correct tiles and also spoke to the builder and advised on the correct way to install the tiles. I have been to over 20 tile stores, couldn't find better than DDL. Service was great and even when i needed few extra things quickly PJ sent them through a courier without any extra charges.

We went to a large number of tile shops before making our decision but we were won over by the expertise at DDL tiles. They spent a lot of time working with us to get the right tile for our house. More importantly there was a great selection of tiles available and all presented in a pleasant environment. A family business who were all very polite, pleasant and professional and offered great advice.

We were helped by a young man called Alecs who could not have been more helpful. He was so polite and patient listening to all our questions and lifting big slabs to show us options side by side. We weren’t rushed and his service was exceptional.
