Aug 29,2015LIKE THE PRIOR PERSON IT LOOKED LIKE THEY FOUND A RECORD AND I WAS DOWNLOADING WHICH I THEN PAID FOR. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT AWAY WHEN I COULD NOT ACCESS ANYTHING AND THEY ADMITTED THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY RECORDS. I TOLD THEM RIGHT AWAY I WAS GOING TO START A CHARGE BACK (THIS IS YOUR RIGHT AS A CONSUMER WHEN YOU GET SCAMMED) IS IT JUST 1.00, YOU BET BUT I WILL NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE I HAVE TO BELIEVE ARE EMPLOYEES. BEWARE

Aug 13,2015They assert initially that the report is "free". Even the Google search results has "FREE" in caps. But, after they tell you they found your records, they tell you it's a buck, for some reason that makes no sense to me. Then, when you agree, you are filtered through an "Upgrade" page which is also the "Create your account so you can view your report" page. The language is such that it implies that unless you agree to the terms and conditions, which apparently signs you up for a year at $228, you can't view your report. Your only other option is to "Decline", but that's AFTER they get your $1.00. Upon inquiry, I was told that I only had to pay $1.00 for that one report, but I could order more, if I wanted. I told her that I only wanted one, so she provided me (after MUCH pushing back from me) with a temporary password to get access to my report. When I logged in, I found that I had "One Credit" for a search, which I had been told had been "downloaded" for me. I have to do the search over again with no guarantee that it will work. To me, this is a bait and switch deal. They're clever, as they make it only $1, and 99.9% of people won't argue over a buck, or even notice it in a lot of cases, plus if enough people upgrade, the cheap first report is worth it. Sort of like fishing.

Sep 22,2013I was searching for my Mothers death certificate Ive looked and looked and every place wants way to much money just to give me info I already know i just needed it on paper. I came across this site and the search was free and it came up with results. and for only 1.00 yes thats ONE DOLLAR I am able to get the info printed out that I needed.
