Feb 22,2025I recently completed my fast track certification through this course, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The instructors were highly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about their work. The course material was well-structured, easy to follow, and covered everything I needed to feel confident in my skills. The hands-on training and practical guidance made a huge difference in my learning process. They gave me my certificate the day after I finished the course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start a career in the aesthetic industry!

Feb 17,2025Interesting how my review mysteriously disappeared, from their google page and now you can’t even leave a review anymore! Shady. Do not give them any money! I paid £10,500 for the Qualify course, and after countless attempts to get a refund, the owner finally responded, saying the company had gone into insolvency and that she had permanently moved to Romania, so she couldn’t return my money. It’s a complete scam! When I went there in person, the receptionist/manager, Valentina, told me, “What do you want me to do? Open the drawer and pay you? The owner moved to Romania, and I can’t do anything!”The official location is closed “due to a pipe damage “but they keep taking people s money without delivering the services!They are a SCAM and they have been reported to the police!

Feb 11,2025Avoid…..this company has gone into liquidation but still offering training from various locations. They’ve thousands of pounds for unfilled courses and refuse to offer refunds. I trained with them, no idea what Qualifi expected but happy to take my money. Had to chase my certification……,shocking and unprofessional

Dec 03,2024Very poor customer care and service. I have paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Valentina was late for every single session. At the third session she didn't even show up, which could happen to anyone but I wasn't even notified she would not be present and I have taken a half day off work for nothing. Then on my fifth session I turn up in the clinic and instead of Good morning I was aksed "What are you doing here?" So another half day off worth the price of all 6 session for me because no-one bothered to notify me their machine is not working. After a few days I have contacted the clinic to ask when can we proceed with the sessions I was offered a partial refund. So far so good. I turn up the next day and said that I have come to collect my refund. Valentina with a very rude voice started arguing and shouted at me that I had to notify her in advance for such "bold" request. Apart from the rude behaviour after 4 sessions I still have plenty of hair growing and I had to start a whole new session with another clinic. I definitely do not recommend to waste your time and money in that clinic

Nov 13,2024I had 2 courses in Deluxe Academy recently. I was so happy 👍 It absolutely exceeded my expectations. Wonderfully practical courses - both personally and professionally. Valentina the manager is very helpful and easy to deal with lady it was a pleasure to meet her. My teachers Aldo and Sophie were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Sophie🌸 was so kind and supportive and Mr Aldo 🦊 is absolute superstar 🌟 i never met anyone like him - professional, talented, polite and experienced aesthetician trainer. Courses well structured and organised. Do not hesitate to attend! You will not regret 😊

Jul 16,2024I have just completed the Aesthetics Deluxe Mastery course over 5 days and it was an amazing learning experience. Alex, Aldo and Sophie were very experienced and professional. Through this course they have given me the confidence to put the training into practice. I'd also like to thank Valentina for all her support. I definitely recommend this course and I will be back for more training.

Jun 23,2024Very untrustworthy. Before taking thousands of your money they answer your txts but afterwards there is zero support or knowledge. They do not offer a solution to your requests or try to come to a conclusion. I have paid them over thousand pounds without being able to get a certificate as can’t get hold of them. I have been to Empire academy as well and they are so professional and friendly. I recommend you to stay away from Deluxe Aesthetics Academy and the owner Ana that only promises to reply tomorrow but that day doesn’t seem to come….

Feb 16,2024Wouldn’t go anywhere else, did pathway somewhere else, but I went there for Sclerotherapy, came away not asking a single question, I have to get up at 3am but would never go anywhere else, Alex my trainer he’s an AE doctor but 7 years he’s worked there, he’s the most laid back brilliant teacher I’ve ever known, he won’t make it easy but he will make you good, he won’t pass you if your not up to it, but he will make you the best you can be , xx

Feb 22,2025I've just read the bad reviews about this company and I must say that I do not agree in anyway whatsoever, they have been amazing, from the start, through the theory to the practical, and also with the fact I had to miss a afternoon lesson, which they have rearranged for me to sit at no extra cost. They are first class, Valentina was so understanding and professional, the teachers Balli and Sophia were outstanding, patient and thorough, really took their time with every student. I can not rate this academy high enough, highly recommend
