Feb 28,2020Hi, I am a dutch shopper and wanted to buy some Italian shoes form Derna. They have send me some beautiful shoes that unfortunately did not fit. When I wanted to send the shoes back to them they hit me with their own interpretation of their return policy told me that I could not send the shoes back. After two emails they stopped communication and now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit. If you are planning to buy shoes and not return them you should be fine. If you do not want to get scammed and want a store with good customer service I would advise you to find another seller of the shoes.
