When we decided we needed help with creating our website we wanted to go for someone local and Design 380 had the best reviews. It is clear to understand why! We started with an initial live chat with Richard and within the same day we had a quote with an outline of what we wanted. We couldn't believe how much Richard had fully understood what we needed our platform to do with just a few messages. After a few emails and design ideas the guys got to work. After just a few weeks, we received the demo and we were over the moon! The aesthetic of the website was really important to us and they got it completely on point! Richard was so quick to help and responded most of the time within the same day. Even when we had a 5-hour time difference, he was still able to provide all of the support we needed! The team were great at fixing any bugs, Richard helped us to understand how the platform worked and even set up our payment platform too. Any little request was never too much trouble! They have created several flyers for me, as well as streamlined my logo, created a range of social media images and will also be creating a website for my youth groups. Richard always takes the time to listen the the details of your requirements and as a result you get just what you want 'right first time' with only the usual small amendments. Design 380 are responsive and happy to discuss you needs over the phone or in person if you prefer. They have often managed to get work done more quickly than I expected and I have always been happy with the quality of their work and the reasonable prices charged. I would highly recommend them.

From the get go, the team were very friendly, listened to all of my ideas, supported us in every avenue we wanted to go down for the site. Each process they went through from concepts to delivery and training was brilliant, they were always available on the phone or email. Patient at times when I couldn’t quite grasp certain elements of the site. The only thing I would change was the price, because the level of service is so high for an exceptional looking and functional website was too cheap.
