I received a standard embody chair which was labelled as a gaming embody chair on the website - which is still labelled this way. They are scammers. Also, they make you pay 200e in delivery fees. You would hope that for that price and considering how heavy the chair is in its box (the chair comes already assembled), you'd get some help from the delivery man. Well, not at all. They tell you that they deliver only. Good luck getting that 40kg massive parcel if you have no elevator.

Ordered my first office char from them in 2023, then a second one in 2025, both of my orders were delivered very quickly, even though I'm in Hungary and the store is in Germany.

Ich habe bei diesem Shop insgesamt 4x bestellt. Die ersten zwei mal 2022 waren vorbildlich. Angebot angefordert, Angebot erhalten, Bestellt und voller Zufriedenheit die Stühle erhalten. Das Dritte mal Anfang 2023 war schon problematischer, sehr lange Lieferzeit aber Kontakt lief einwandfrei. Das vierte mal jetzt 2025 absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Lange Lieferzeit eines Stuhls der Auf Lager bezeichnet wird und absolut keine Reaktionen auf Emails und Anrufe. Dies scheint wohl ein Muster zu sein, siehe andere Bewertungen. ABSTAND!!! Andere Herman Miller Reseller aufsuchen.

Tried to ordered chair, but I needed to do quote for shipping, even though they have shipping cost listed on website. No one responded. Also their product catalogue is confusing, it's not clear if some chairs comes fully featured. In which color and some are even mislabeled, like Gaming Embody, which is a regular Embody, not the Logitech coop model!!

This is the worse website ever. I ordered a chair for 1274€ at the beginning of december, we're january 20th and I still not have any update from them. I emailed twice to request a tracking of my order, no one has replied so far. There is no customer service there. It's frustrating and terrible. I don't understand how it's possible to order a chair for more than 1.200€ and the service doesn't matter about clients complaints. I had to buy on the official website directly. Please don't use this website unless you want to be frustrated. I hope It's not a fake website. I'll change my comment if I receive my chair. Otherwise, it's a fake website.

DesignCabinet are impossible to contact. If you have any question or issue with about an order or potential order: no one replies to emails sent to the address on their website. The phone number for DesignCabinet is a call center and the agents don't have access to emails you send either, they are absolutely clueless there. I phoned 4 times a week about my order and the agents did not know how to answer my query - they basically took all my details and said "we will check, thanks for your call" - and I heard nothing back. I sent emails asking for acknowledgement or any reply and am still waiting, 2 weeks later.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair end of October expecting delivery in November. Like a number of other customers I have faced huge disappointment with the responses from DesignCabinet who do not respond with any meaningful information. Looking at the reviews it looks like service has dropped off the last years and the company is no longer responding to the reviews. Bad sign. Hope to hear from DesignCabinet ASAP with an update to this and my order. UPDATE: DesignCabinet contacted me and offered an alternative Herman Miller chair from stock which was shipped immediately. They responded quickly to questions and made an offer which they delivered on quickly. Turning a bad experience into a good one. Thanks DesignCabinet.

I purchased the HM Aeron Remastered (size B) because, based on my measurements, that size seemed right. However, when I received the chair, I realized it was too small and tried to contact customer support to exchange it for size C. I sent emails every other day, but received no response – they simply ignored me. After calling them, I was told to fill out a form on their website, but still no response. I called again, and customer support asked me to provide my order details so they could forward the information to the sales department, who would then call me back. Again, no response. The third time I called, they did the same thing: asked for my order info and assured me they would get in touch. And guess what? No response again. I even told them I would cover any shipping costs or pay the price difference, since size C is more expensive. Avoid this company!

I've purchased a Herman Miller Lino chair on November 24th. On December 9th I've started contacting them through the available support options: - Email - Web site Contact Form - Phone I've contacted them multiple times since then, with the objective to know the status of my order. So far no feedback! During the 3 times that I've called their services, I was always informed that I would be contacted back in 2 days, but no return contact whatsoever... This is looking like a scam now, or at least that I'm dealing with an extremely disorganized company with no support. Which is really strange for an Accredited Herman Miller Partner... I have no idea if and when this situation will be resolved, but the fact that there a significant number of reviews with the same feedback indicates that this is not an exceptional case. Avoid this company! [update on 06/01/2025] I've called their customer services again and asked to speak with a supervisor or someone that can ensure that I will be contacted back as no feedback was ever returned. The agent informed me that there is no one else that I can contact and suggested that I get legal help! [update on 08/01/2025] yesterday, after sending an email to the CEO and CFO (which the contacts are available at the Wexim website), I've received an email from support informing me that the chair will arrive on the week 7. Let's wait! Seems more like poor support and poor communication.

I ordered an Aeron Value Edition from their website, which offered the best price for this type of chair when purchased brand new. Delivery was impressively fast, taking only eight days from the order date to arrival in Portugal from Germany. The chair arrived pre-assembled, with just two quick steps needed to complete the setup. I’m extremely satisfied with the excellent service and truly appreciate Timo's prompt and helpful responses. Absolute Frechheit! Versprochen wurde eine Lieferzeit von 1-2 Wochen, geliefert wurde nach 4 Wochen noch immer nicht und auch eine Kontaktaufnahme ist über keine Weg möglich. 1200€ für einen Bürostuhl und ein Service unter aller Sàu! Finger weg!

I bought a Herman Miller Embody Gaming chair from DesignCabinet. I received a regular Embody chair, which doesn't have the reinforced padding of the gaming version. I immediately contacted support, only to be told I had received the chair I ordered. After additional emails, it became clear that they don't have the Embody Gaming chair despite advertising it on their website. Don't fall for this scam!

Placed and payed for Order on August 10 , No reply or update until August 16 , when we already called them to update us on order. Update was next week we will ship your order , today August 29 they tell us we will ship your order by end of next week.. What it the point to tell client that they have available stock in warehouse? and show the video on youtube , and they tell you need to wait for 4 weeks we need to prepare your order ?

I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them for an order placed 2.5 months ago that has not been shipped. At first they said it would be shipped a month later, that date passed. Then I reached out again and they said it would be shipped in a couple of weeks, that date passed. Now I cannot get ahold of them, I have called numerous times and sent an email over a week ago - silence. The number you call is an answering service, they are not actually connected to the company. The website shows the item is in stock so I am not sure why it has not been shipped out. I would avoid buying from this company since they are so difficult to get ahold of.

Ich habe zwei Artikel bestellt und bezahlt. Ein Artikel wurde geliefert, der andere als lieferbar in 2 Wochen versprochen. Die Lieferung des zweiten Artikels erfolgte auch nach 4 Wochen noch nicht. Bei Anrufen landet man immer in einem Call-Center, dessen Mitarbeiter sich selbst als menschlicher Anrufbeantworter bezeichnen und nicht mehr machen können, als einen Rückruf zu versprechen, der selbstverständlich nie stattfindet. Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur, weil der gelieferte Artikel meinen Erwartungen entspricht und die Lieferung problemlos war.

Bought a new Aeron chair with damaged plastic below mesh seating, also arm rest back plate leaving damage marks while adjusting height, two screws that are below the seating were loose and left arm rest was loosen than the other. Seating post not firm but a bit loosen. When contacted Service they offer me 50€ discount or refund when return the chair, saying they don´t have same exact model on storage to replace it!! I don´t know how is that customer service HM standards!
