Dec 02,2023I returned the items on November 22nd and, to my dismay, I have not received my refund as of yet. Upon attempting to contact customer service through your website, I discovered that the site is closed, and there has been no response to my inquiries. Furthermore, it appears that returned items are not being accepted, and refunds are not being processed. This situation is causing significant distress, and I am left wondering about the status of my returned items and the whereabouts of my money. I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter. If there are any alternative channels for communication or steps I can take to expedite the process, please advise.

Dec 01,2023I have ordered from this company many times! Unfortunately I have put an order in worth £75.99 and nothing was at the right fit so sent everything back to them. I have just been notified that the company is in liquidation and I think I have lost my money. So now I have nothing to show for spending £75.99. They have taken orders from people knowing that this was about to happen. Very naughty!!

Dec 01,2023Love the jumpers and tops I bought recently - good quality and beautiful designs and everyone asking where they come from! Nicely packaged and quick delivery. Check sizes when buying , as one size may not fit everyone - I’m a 12 -14 and all in a one size were a very comfortable fit for me with plenty of room. The Black Friday event was monumental! 50% off everything- just amazing. Will be buying from Designer Desirables again.
