Sep 09,2024I am greatly impressed by how easy it is to use the design features for formatting my book. The elemental features such as embedded video and audio are great examples for creating a unique project. I also like how easy it is to pick a layout for my book and the table of contents is prepared right away. What I would like to see more of are features for books that involve exporting. There are no easy designs for formatting books of this nature. However, there were enough designs that came close. Thanks to your design, I have had many people tell me how great my book looks, and they cannot wait for me to finish. Overall, you exceeded my expectations with my project, and I am so happy I came across your website and ordered designrr to help me with my book. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to making desginrr, your talent really shines through.

Sep 07,2024I recently purchased the $27 plan. I didn't appreciate the false advertising of the only price of $27. Every time I clicked it asked me to add on more products so be careful of clicking before reading what you get. It offered me a $37 bundle of 100+ articles which I clicked on and regret as I don't need them. The customer support is AWFUL. Not very friendly, they take their time answering. I had to send message after message and only after saying how terrible their customer support is did they answer. And still, they did not give me the answer to EXACTLY what I was looking for. I suggest if you want to use the product, just spend $27, see how the product goes and after using it for a while only then decide to go PRO or PREMIUM. Please work on your customer support Designnr.

Sep 04,2024At first I tried to use Designrr like a word processor and pretty much tried to just wing it. Lots of frustration, I was actually working against the work flow and screwing up the algorithms that make Designrr so effective. After some redirection from the Designrr team and a few tutorials, things started to click. I immediately upgraded to the Pro plan and lived happily ever after.

Aug 29,2024As a blind person who uses screen reading software and cannot use the keyboard, I find that the Designrr software is completely inaccessible and, frankly, unusable for people like me. Despite reaching out to their support team, the response I received was far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. The Designrr software is riddled with interactive elements that are impossible to access using the keyboard. For people with disabilities like myself, who rely on screen readers and cannot use a mouse, this renders the software useless. Even sighted users who prefer or need to use the keyboard instead of the mouse would find themselves stuck. The requirement to use a mouse to select and activate certain elements means that I was unable to create anything using the software. Furthermore, the images used in the templates lack image descriptions, which is a fundamental accessibility failure. Imagine trying to design something without being able to understand what the visuals are—it's like working with a blank canvas, only worse because the tools to even start creating are out of reach. These issues aren't just oversights; they are basic principles of good web design and development that Designrr has entirely neglected, leaving me feeling excluded and frustrated. I signed up for the service on May 14 of this year, and on May 19, I contacted support to explain in detail the accessibility issues I encountered. I even mentioned certain key principles from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The response I received was, "Sorry to hear that you are having an issue. To assist you more effectively, I will be escalating this to our team." I decided to give them some time to address the issues. On June 16, I reached out again for an update. This time, the response was, "The information has been forwarded to our developers. They are in the process of reviewing it and trying to find a resolution. I will be in touch with you again as soon as I know more." It is now the end of August, and I have yet to receive any further updates. This is disappointing for several reasons. First, the complete lack of progress and communication shows a disregard for accessibility concerns. Second, it indicates that accessibility is not a priority for Designrr, which is deeply troubling in an era where inclusivity should be at the forefront of software development. Finally, it leaves me, and likely others in similar situations, feeling as though our needs are not valued or respected. Based on this experience, I am left with no choice but to give Designrr the lowest possible rating.

Aug 27,2024I started using Designrr recently, even though I bought it three years ago. Once one gets familiar with how this software works, one understands its amazing features and usefulness. I strongly recommend using it if you are keen on writing books of any type.

Aug 27,2024It is easy with a few prompts to generate ebooks and other projects. The learning curve is not so steep. The AI integration is also very good. The daily emails are also quite helpful!
