Jun 30,2024As an advanced-age user without a liveable pension to look forward to, the tools provided by Designrr have made it possible for me to have the means to create and self-publish Ebooks and blogs so that I look forward to taking care of myself and not become a burden to my children. The thrill of starting something like this is also an added bonus - I have just begun the journey and feel so energised! The prospect of writing about things I've often had the urge to do but didn't know how, is no longer daunting - I'm just enjoying the ride!

Jun 21,2024Awful software. Buyers regret in 30 seconds after 3 upsell attempts. Templates are horrid - even on Pro. Its billed as AI powered but it is not. Their AI writer is the worst I have used. Templates are very restrictive. It didn't save me any time - just wasted a lot. I canceled and still got charged 2 days later. Customer service ignored me when I asked for a refund. As an edit to the reply below; There were 10 months between accounts and you said it had been significantly upgraded but not very well. Don't worry, I won't be trying your software again. Im sure you can see that i never completed or downloaded any ebooks. And yes, I was ignored for 48 hours on your live chat after I asked for my money to be returned, even though an agent was active and online. That is not how customer service should be done.
