Sep 26,2022I started with the lowest level to "give it a spin". I was amazed at how easy and quick a flipbook or ebook could be assembled. I'm still in my infancy in producing ebooks, but I'm now ready to put my first product up for the world to see (and buy I hope).

Sep 23,2022I love Designrr. I primarily use the PDF to FlipBook, and use it a minimum of twice a week. Just upgraded and happy to continue using this great product. I would highly recommend this for ease of use.

Sep 19,2022The app itself is marginally useful, but it's such a cheap feeling that cancelling your subscription is completely hidden and nonstandard, giving you the feeling that they want to earn money from having a lot of users who get their cards debited from sheer inability to ask for a cancellation. Search for "designrr.io cancel account".

Sep 14,2022My first experience creating a flipbook with Designrr was great. Really intuitive. I uploaded a pdf and the flipbook was created and available within seconds in very good quality. Genius. In case of questions, help and additional short useful explanations were available. I am excited to create my first ebook in the next few days.

Sep 12,2022This is a simple to use e-book creator, which I used to convert my web site into an e-book. It took seconds to download my landing pages, from there its easy to move stuff around and reformat it, (if you want to). I struggled how to figure out how to change my table of contents, but the one it created actually works, so its not an issue. It'll come with patience. Also its great for converting Government stuff, such as Anti-Money Laundry compliance requirements, just add pictures and make it simple for a 'Normal Bodkin' to understand it.

Sep 11,2022I bought this last night and figured I would wake up today and tackle learning how to use it. I wish that I actually had a chance to use it to review it, but when I try to use the link I was emailed, it doesn't work. I've tried in Chrome, I've tried in Edge. It says, "Mmmm...we've not received the payment yet, please wait a few more minutes and reload." Well, I have waited, and waited and waited, reloading several times. I've also sent multiple messages to the chat with absolutely no response. After over 2 hours (yes, I'm that frustrated that I have kept it up and kept a close eye on it on my 2nd screen while I did other things on screen 1), I noticed the message showed as "seen" but still no response at all. No emails at all either, not since receiving the initial barrage of purchase emails (totaling 4) that included the receipt showing I paid for this crap that I can't even use. My advice is don't waste your time or cash on something that will likely only cause you a headache. The poor customer service alone is enough to tell me that I want nothing more to do with this. I just want my money back. Editing to update: After almost 5 hours, and FINALLY seeing someone typing and telling them I could see them typing, I did have a person showing as "Claudiu" in the chat respond to me. Of course, this was AFTER I watched message after message be "seen" but not responded to. He tried to tell me that it was probably because I cancelled my subscription for the PRO free 7-day trial that was the reason I couldn't access anything. I told him it was not, that it wouldn't work before that. You see, I had finally found a way for me to cancel the free trial on my own 15 minutes before he finally responded. If I could've gotten it to work at all, I would've actually tried it out! Mind you, they do not give you an option to cancel your entire purchase and request a refund. That can only be done in their chat. Soooo...after I repeatedly told him I wanted him to cancel everything and be refunded my full purchase price, he told me he'd forward to the "business department" to have them get back to me ASAP. That was over an hour ago, and I'm not holding my breath. Btw: I do have screenshots of the entire conversation, as well as the dashboard showing that I've cancelled the free trial. 9/13 update: They did refund my money; it just took until the 13th to do so. I would've liked to have had a working product from the start and would've been okay with the issue had there been a helpful customer service team to assist right away to resolve it, but that was not the case. I'm happy that they at least refunded my money and have updated my review from a 1-star to a 2-star due to that. I can't give better because I didn't have any opportunity whatsoever to actually use the program.

Sep 08,2022I think that Designrr is an absolutely fantastic program. I wanted to write a book about my life for years but I just kept putting it off. That is until I saw and understood what Designrr was all about. Then I got excited about working on the book I have been procrastinating about for a long time. I was thrilled as each page came to life; and I mean came to life. Each page is so dynamic that it is not just a story but a series of true to life events like a movie but easier to handle and work with. I am so glad for Paul and his team's creation. Thank all of you for this splendid work of genius.

Aug 22,2022Hello there, To be honest, I haven't bought any plans yet. I tried to chat online with an expert to ask questions about the tool, but I waited for more than an hour and 20 minutes, and I didn't have a chance to reach them. That is really inconvenient for me if the customer service or help support is very slow. After reading all the bad reviews, I am not interested anymore in this company. Once again, I didn't have a chance to use their design tool. I am only giving a review of their support chat.

Jul 15,2022I purchased this app after seeing an ad on Instragram thinking there was a 14 day trial period. I was excited about what this app could do. This app is a internet based software program. I found it very difficult and complex to work with. It certainly is not intuitive and simple. The worse thing was I was unable to cancel this program and get my money back after trying over a dozen times to create an ebook. Then the company billed me for another upgrade program I did not want (they had my credit card on file). Now they are refusing to refund my money through the credit card company.

Jul 02,2022I have been working with tons of programs in my 20+ years in the computer business, but I have never seen a program as bad as this one. I´m creating a short ebook and every time I import from a Word doc the text ends up one big mess. If I try to change or move text it get´s even worse. I have now spend 4 hours and not getting anywhere. Amateur piece of .... I cannot recommend this useless program unless you love a lasting headache...
