Jun 03,2021When I was looking for a web designer to build my website, I received around ten calls from different companies, and Jeff stood up to all as he did not give me pressure to decide to accept his proposal to the project. I spoke to other people (from Design Stallion) after Jeff. They gave me e-commerce project discounts; however, the cost was above my budget, and as I proceed to the project, there are other unexpected payments that I wasn't expecting as the person I spoke after Jeff mentioned that the cost with a discount that I paid should be the final amount to build the website. I was a little disappointed, but I thought to proceed. I assigned to David and his team. David did an excellent job at the beginning and the end of the project. He helped me complete my project before I finally change the password and own the account. However, the six weeks of waiting for my project, David's team did not fulfill my expectation. I was advised that the project might take a month or so depends on what I want for my website. However, coordination and time were poor. I had to initiate to complete the project, but the project was not what I expected. The product input and descriptions were not all complete, and more issues happened that I mainly mentioned to Jeff. Jeff gave me some courtesy to update the website with 0 costs. And David was able to fix all the issues in the end, and I am grateful for the supports that David and Jeff did. I still recommend the company; however, as a customer, you have to be on top during the process if you want the project to be good. David can change and update the project in one day, not 48 to 72hours that he always says every time I ask for change. Overall, I am happy with my website :) now. I would have given two stars if David did not put hard work into saving his team in the end. Five stars for David and Jeff. Thank you.

Mar 08,2021For being completely new to the world of websites and technology, Wayne and his team helped me and guided me. They were patient with me and tried to explain everything I didn't know. The improvement I recommend is not insisting too much on certain services. Maybe providing links to information about services can be useful. Also letting the client know what type of webhosting they will need for the website before making a purchase. Nonetheless, I'm extremely satisfied and recommend 100%

They really went the extra mile to do so, even acquiring a new host for my site due to the old host not being able to accommodate my new, improved site. There was communication throughout the process. You can't go wrong with Designstallion!

Dec 14,2020They had a great service, and delivered what they were supposed to. They are professional and skilled. The only improvement that I'd suggest is not insisting on what the client needs, and just give them what they want. Despite this I'd highly recommend and will use the service again.

Aug 12,2020I was looking to have a Logo and Website created for my business. I contacted Design Stallion and spoke to a gentlemen named Bee. He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy who was my POC. He helped me design my system and explained the process to me. He worked closely with me to ensure there no was miscommunication. Bee introduced me to Barry and Kevin. Both friendly knowledgeable guys. Kevin was the developer who I interacted with on a daily basis. Throughout the process there was constant communication to ensure I was getting the system I envisioned. I would strongly recommend this this guys!

They saw my vision and the website they designed was very well thought out is literally a business plan which in detail, thoroughly explains my companies services. You can’t ask for better service !
