Dec 22,2023Bought as a gift and the friend was delighted but she had to call the company to find out who had sent it because the message which I had carefully written was not included. They ended up giving her the start of my postcode (data protection I assume?) and she realised who had sent it. Just disappointing. Lots of options to choose from and reasonable prices. Just to date the recipient said the gift was really lovely, very fresh and tasty. Will definitely buy again.

Dec 22,2023I placed 2 orders, one to be delivered to Lancashire and one to Norfolk. I needed to add some delivery instructions due to an unexpected circumstance on the delivery day. Jess at Devon Cream Teas was very helpful, providing the information I needed and contacting the courier for me. The cream teas and pasties were received, enjoyed and I have it on good authority that they were delicious!! Would recommend using this company for the quality of goods and outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Dec 21,2023I’m confident that this birthday gift will be all that I expect it to be! It’s a gift for my son’s girlfriend who lives in Scotland. It’s being sent from Devon. I know that it was received, as requested, on the day before her birthday and that she was very excited and pleased to receive it. It’s a gluten free option ( I had forgotten this upon ordering and had to call up and get the order altered a few weeks later ) and the lady that I spoke to her was helpful and extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone using this company and trust that if anyone receives such a delightful gift ( a cream tea ) that they remember to put the jam on first :)
