Jul 14,2024I ordered a Gluten free Hamper for my relative as a birthday treat. Unfortunately after eating the scones they became unwell and it became apparent that the scones were not Gluten free as ordered but contained wheat. The company were very apologetic and have stated they will change procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Whilst I accept this was a human error, this should not have happened and more care should be taken when special dietary orders are made.

Jul 12,2024First time ordering from Devon Cream Teas. It was delivered with care on the day and is the perfect alternative to a bouquet, tastier too. The scones were fresh and tasty. There is a variety of boxes to choose from, can’t fault them, will definitely use again.

Jul 11,2024I have sent several cream tea hampers from this company and every one has been gratefully received by friends and family (I've also received one myself from a friend so I know just how good the contents are!). From ordering to delivery, the process is smooth and customer service is second to none. This company is now my go to when I'm either stuck for gift ideas or I just want to put a surprise smile on someones face! Excellent service Devon Cream Teas!

Ordering was easy, the delivery was easy and most importantly the recipients absolutely loved it. Whilst they ate they reminisced about happy times spent in Devon and Cornwall. I would order again without hesitation.

Jun 27,2024It’s hard to find something different for gifts, I have sent cheese, chocolate pizzas etc so I tried these out last month for my niece’s birthday and she was thrilled. As I had two other birthdays this week it was a no brainier, I sent one with Prosecco and one without and have had rave reviews from both. I asked for honest reports and got them. Needless to say these will be sent to others. I hope someone takes the hint and sends one to me (Prosecco included)!

Jun 24,2024I ordered the cream teas for a friend and it was so easy to do the only problem she had was they were over 2 hours late with the delivery and they didn’t inform me about going to be late when the parcel arrived she was very pleased with the contents and it was packaged well would order again.
