Ordered a three pack of filters for my whirlpool refrigerator on February 09, 2023 with standard shipping to be received in 8 days. On February 24,2023 I emailed D filters support and requested the status on the order, in which they replied on February 25,2023 that the order had been lost due to a shipping issue, that they would email me in 24 hours and as of March 05 I have not received a response from the company
The wrong filters were sent i cant use them I need to return them for the right size
Ordered 3 pack of filters (EDR2RDX1) from Amazon about 6-7 months ago, trying to be proactive and have them on hand. Just tried one of them in my Kitchenaid refrigerator. Installed one of them, but when I tried to flush it as directions indicated, No water flowed. The fridge indicated volumes dispensed, but nothing actually came through. Tried second filter with same results. Re-installed my old filter and it worked great. These filters are defective. Could not return because I had exceeded Amazon's 30 day return policy.
Like several other customer before me I too give this company a 1 Star, if I could I would give it a minus. Ordered water filters for my Whirlpool, I received the wrong filters and they said I could send them back for a $15.00 fee. I certainly would NOT recommend this company to my family or my friends.
I ordered filters for my whirlpool refig. but received the wrong filters. I sent email to the site that told me the product had shipped. My response was to take photo of filter they sent beside my old filter and a photo of the shipping label. I did, and sent the info...no response!! Can't find a phone number to call.
I ordered two refrigerator water filters. I needed to sent them back because I decided to sell my old refrigerator. They wouldn't take them back (even though they were unopened in the box) for a refund because of some stupid reason like the pandemic. This did not make sense to me because they were unopened anyway. So, after much haggling with a chat agent online, they consented to give me a partial refund which I have not yet received to my account and it has been much over the time they told me it would take. So, therefore, I would not ever order from this company again. As far as the validity of their product I can't say because I did not take out the filters to use them at all. Maybe this is a good thing, considering some of the other bad reviews they got.
This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. The product is defective, does not work in my refrigerator. Their customer service keeps telling me to do different things to try to get it to work, one of which was take the o rings off my old filter and put them on their new one. The o rings were difficult to remove from the new filter and after replacement it still didn't work. I don't think you should have to manipulate a new product to get it to work in the first place. Their filters cause a loud noise to come from my refrigerator and an increasingly lower water stream. I have asked for a return authorization, and they still keep telling me to do different things to try to get their bad filter to work. They are refusing to issue a return authorization. I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges for the purchase of those filters. They say they stand by their product and guarantee customer satisfaction. THEY DO NOT!
Second time for my review. Still have not heard anything from this company. Talked to my credit card company and they credited the transaction. Still no word from the company. Stay away from a company that has no phone number and will not return a email.
I purchased a 3 pak after comparing the filter number from the manufacturer and purchasing that same filter number for replacements. They did not fit. I've sent several emails and there's been no response from anyone. It's been a week since I sent my 1st email. Do not order from this company.
**EDIT** The day after leaving this review (day 6) the company reached out to me and offered to send the correct filters. Unfortunately, at this point I had already ordered filters from another company. They were very apologetic and credited my card for the purchase. I ordered a 5 pack of filters for my ice machine. They arrived quickly. However, the wrong filters were sent. I've messaged them through their website, emailed them at both the email listed on their website and the email included on my receipt. The only phone number listed is in China (even though the product shipped from California). It's been 5 days and no response! I've already filed a dispute with my credit card. Don't buy from them.
The filters were very reasonable, they arrived quickly, and they fit perfectly. Customer support graciously and quickly resolved a minor shipping situation. Pretty much a pleasant shopping experience all around.
No response to problems. The phone number does not work. The filter makes lots of noise and the water trickles out. Could not be more unhappy with the product or the service.

They did finally ship my filters to my address, and they are working fine. Just did not receive any notification on my order for ten days and for this day and age with all the scammers out there you need to be prudent in your customer service communication

Apr 05,2023A BAD REVIEW TO A GOOD ONE!,,,,This is L Lemon and I wrote a not so good review a couple days ago! However I do have to change it to a good one. I got my new filters that are the right ones the day after I wrote the bad review. So they work now! I guess company is going through some difficulties but they finally came through. I still have the wrong filters and would like to send them back if they would send me a shipping label please to me. Thank you for getting me the right filters.
