Never again, after sales service like north pole (below zero) not racomended to buy from Diagon Alley Malta. Bought a water heater in January 2022 with 5 years warrenty, it broke up a couple of weeks ago, several calls and messages to tell them regard this issue and that im having showers with cold water, finally there answer was...buy another one from another shop to solve your showering with cold water, product out of stock. Aw

Got the powkiddy console for my birthday on the 7th of may... Only a couple days later there were issues. We brought it to them, got it kinda fixed... Didn't play on it much. When I did, a couple days later problems again. The card was damaged by switching it off wrong they said. Even though it is under warranty, we had to pay 10€ for another card. Didn't play for a while as life happened. Played a bit on it after a while, same issue. Still under warranty. Again we were told to pay 10 € for a new card. Bad customer service
