May 15,2024I am absolutely infuriated with my recent experience with Digiland. I ordered a TV from them, and when it finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The TV was packaged so poorly that the screen was completely damaged. No bubble wrap, sent in a thin box, no styrofoam. What a joke! It's clear that Digiland has no regard for ensuring their products arrive safely to their customers. To make matters worse, the staff at Digiland were utterly useless and completely unhelpful. When I reached out for assistance for returning the TV, I was met with indifference and no willingness to resolve the issue. To add insult to injury, the initial refund they offered did not even include the £60 shipping cost I had paid. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disregard. I had to go through the hassle of opening a case through PayPal just to get their attention. Only then did they finally respond and address the problem. This entire ordeal was absolutely unacceptable. No customer should have to fight this hard to get basic support for a damaged product. Be warned, if you're considering buying a TV from Digiland, you might end up experiencing the same nightmare I did. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your electronics needs.

Apr 07,2024I have received a damaged item, the monitor arrived without any internal packaging other than the polystyrene to protect it. Having read the returns policy I have to foot the cost of the return. After already paying for delivery charges in the first place and potentially another set of delivery charges if I order a replacement. Thus making me pay nearly £30 in postage for a £80 item. I May have to look elsewhere for the replacement if delivery charges aren’t covered. Very disappointed, the monitor was obviously not checked before it was posted out. Not confident I’ll purchase from this store again.

Item turned up, delivery was great and item came brand new sealed box. So thankful and grateful I got phone at half price. Defo recommended and defo going back. 10/10. Would give more stars if I could.

Feb 03,2024Not Impressed either, I ordered a sewing machine on the 5/1/24. Haven't received it yet. Tracking says ' This item is arriving at pick/pack department - expected to be dispatched shortly' Which has been saying this since I made the order. I found a way to contact through WhatsApp to be told it will be a february delivery, but a date still can't be given. I need a delivery date ASAP or I will be claiming my money back. My order reference is CR28316. A shame, as this is my first time ordering from here and if the communication and delivery time was better I wouldn't have to give a bad review.

Jan 18,2024I've been wanting to update and upgrade my soundbar to include rears but everywhere has either sold out of the Samsung 930C or they want £600 + on Ebay. Luckily I found the same model on the Outlet Store for a great price but it had the model number 935C which I could only find in Germany (It's exactly the same as the 930c). I figured it was still worth buying even if I had to change the cheap power cables (Germany is the same voltage but they use a different plug) but when it arrived the day after ordering (nice :) I found that they already had UK power cables. As for legitimacy I was quite skeptical with them having only 98 feedback but I reasoned PayPal would step in if there were any issues. Anyhoo to wrap it up it came the next day from ordering (although the deliver driver watched me struggle to get it in the house in my pants) everything was brand new with only the main box and accessories opened. Oh and it sounds awesome!
