Apr 24,2018Often, the real test of service comes when a mistake is made. The customer service team were brilliant in fixing the issue. They communicated well and fixed the issue without any problems. They even sent me images to show the fix they made before dispatching it to me again.

The sales and design team are very responsive and the artwork review process is very details, to ensure that your graphics will suit the product. The 3 x 4 pop up stand which I ordered is high quality and exactly as I expected - it will be getting quite a lot of use in the coming months so I will see how it holds up, but it looks sturdy and well made.

As requested my basic design needed modification - ahem! This was promptly accommodated by a gifted designer - brilliant! After a couple of last minute changes swiftly responded too, ended with the banner being printed and delivered exactly on time. Competitively priced - How can you better that?
