Apr 23,2024Normally a great service, but now unable to attend trade days we paid for due to delivery schedule failure on two Gazebos. No advance notice of issues accept on day of delivery. Such a shame as previous orders with Display Wizard have been fine and the product to a good standard.

Apr 03,2024Excellent customer service. I found myself missing a part for our two-year-old stand before setting off to an exhibition. I phoned Len Graham, who couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement part was delivered by courier to the event at 09:00 the next morning, and we were ready when the event opened.

Mar 04,2024I ordered a roller banner stand and its the first time ive ordered anything like this and online too so wasnt sure what the process would be like. I found it so easy to decide on the best product from the website plus ordering it was really easy and straightforward. I left it very close to the deadline but that wasnt an issue at all. When I called to check on the timecsales, the person I spoke to was very helpful, informative and friendly. I received the product earlier than expected and was great quality, better than i expected, given the price. I would highly recommend!

May 25,2024I've been using Display Wizard for about nine years now. They are reasonably priced, and very quick, and quality is always good. Recently I was about to give a big order to another supplier, but after chasing them for three days they said they wouldn't do it on time. So I went back to Display Wizard, and they delivered the job on time. Well done.
