Freedom+ CCR is a swindle. CCR software upgrade but no sensor cables available in EU. Only source is Narked in the UK. Narked sensor cable does not fit thread of computer or delivers broken threaded or non working connectors (two times) No response from Divesoft and no spares available from divesoft technicians (plug/cable). Response in facebook group of Divesoft USA rep: 'Freedom has the ability to monitor CCR sensors but Divesoft doesn't sell the parts so that should speak for itself.'

Very happy with the liberty. My instructor was fantastic (thank you William Remezond!) and explained everything into detail with a lot of extra tips and tricks. Since then William has been quick to answer every question or problem. I love the fact that even a full year after my course I can still have a phone call or send out an email to discuss a problem or idea!
Divesoft is a reliable company that what they say they deliver. The Liberty 2021 with the new electronics are great. If you need assistance and you call them they answer direct. It's a great company and for me the best.

Jul 27,2024To whom it may concern, I would like to address my recent dismissal as a dealer and share my perspective on the matter, as well as the potential for future collaboration. Prior to my termination, I have been actively promoting your products and have seen significant interest in my setup. This was part of a strategic plan that I had devised to effectively introduce your offerings to my customers. My approach has always involved testing the products, promoting them, and subsequently incorporating them into my shop. This method not only builds my confidence in the products but also ensures I can provide quality items to my clientele. Following my promotional efforts, I have made several adjustments to my inventory, including the installation of back counter lungs and transitioning to zippered counter lungs from Hollis that I had made myself. In the past month alone, I have successfully sold seven loop BMCL kits, five rebreather classes, eight analyzers, two rebreathers, and over 23 Hollis masks. I had also been planning to get certified on the Liberty rebreather to further enhance my shops offerings. Discussions with industry leaders have led me to believe that your decision to dismiss my dive shop was a misstep, especially since I was actively promoting the DiveSoft brand while pursuing my certifications, learning and understanding your gear. It is perplexing that my shop was terminated given the substantial investment of time and resources I dedicated to educating myself about your products. I have spoken to other shop owners who have maintained their dealer status despite minimal purchases, which raises questions about the consistency of your policies. I have made several attempts to arrange a meeting with you or the appropriate decision-maker to discuss my commitment to your brand and the efforts I have put into my business. I am disappointed by the lack of communication following my inquiries about product orders and advice. Although I am a small shop, I have big aspirations and have been in operation since 2011, continually striving for growth. My business plan included integrating your product line, and I believe that our partnership could be mutually beneficial. My intention in writing this is to convey my concerns regarding how my situation was handled. In my experience, the dive industry thrives on collaboration and respect. I have witnessed firsthand how larger brands have underestimated the value of smaller shops, only to realize their significance later on. I hope you take my feedback into consideration. I believe there is an opportunity for us to work together in the future, benefiting both parties. I look forward to your response.
