Yo no he llegado a trabajar con ellos pero mantuve contactos para abrir una cuenta. Cuando me leí el contrato, me enteré que te cobraban 99 euros al mes, tenías 1 año de permanencia y te congelaban 1200 euros por si decidías marcharte antes, no me gustó nada. Cuando además me enteré que no pueden emitir tarjetas de crédito. Y por último cuando investigué por Internet en foros especializados de cuentas Offshore, ya dije "No", en menudo lío me meto si firmo con ellos. DNBC no tiene ni licencia de banco aunque se venda así, está gestionado por dos mujeres vietnamitas (por eso tantas opiniones favorables desde Vietnam y de personas asiáticas) y su dirección en Lituania es tan sólo una oficina virtual ... ¿Quién se atreve a meter allí un solo Euro?. Yo desde luego no. El dominio donde se aloja su web en la actualidad (dncf.com) se registró el 04/02/2021, no tiene ni 3 años. Antes se llamaban DSBC, a ver si alguien los confundía con HSBC (un banco de verdad). Supongo que los señores de HSBC les dijeron "amablemente" que eso no estaba bien y que cambiaran de nombre. Pero tampoco penséis que llevaban mucho porque su anterior dominio (dsbcf.com) se registró el 25/04/2018, por lo que este gran "banco" no tiene ni tan siquiera 5 años y ya lleva dos nombres. Por decir algo positivo de ellos, debo reconocer que la persona que me atendió en DNBC fue muy amable dándome todo tipo de facilidades. ------------------ I think I know much better than you why I decided not to open an account with you... In fact there were many reasons not to open the account and none to open it.

Just opened my personal account with my personal account manager! She’s very nice and professional step by step! Just need 2-3 days finished the new account opening! And the dashboard very security! Save your time and money and don't use these accounts!! Terrible customer service and completely useless accounts. Impossible to get money in and out quickly and far too much paperwork for every transaction. The debit card service is now being taken away as they 'lost their card partner', which happens to also be them so I find that very strange! Trying to close my account now but even that is a ridiculously long winded process and now I receive no answers from them for an update. STAY WELL AWAY!!! I am sure they are a complete scam!!
They are in the process to upgrade their license to Canada Entity and it really help the customer experience better so I give them 5 stars. I have been a long time client - for over 3 years - been ignoring their services for 2 years but I have become active lately due to post covid - my business starts to pick up a little bit.
WARNING - not for a legitimate business WARNING - We set up an account with DSBC nearly one year ago. We were accepted and their onboarding process was fine. However, by then the banking laws in Lithuania had changed and it became pretty impossible to use the bank account as you have to show proof for every in and outgoing transfer in advance. Even when you have a normal business like ours it is impossible to work like this. They then contacted us in March that they had finally found a solution by setting up a DNBC account in Canada and invited us to join there. Since then we have emailed their staff Jasmine Hoang and Kara TR many times but no replies. You don't even have to try their call center in Vietnam as nobody will pick up. Don't waste your time and money like us if you are a legitimate business and go to a real bank.
I submitted my documents and then I was quickly contacted several days later. The clear guideline made the process easier.

Did my research before opening an account with them, yes, nothing weird until you have your account activated and required to complete a payment order. Why? They are just a Payment Institution, not a bank so you have to complete the payment order to keep your money in your wallet. Other than that, Customer Service team responded pretty fast.
Firstly the bank offered a monthly fee free banking option with the deposit of 30,000 EUR. Once I had made the deposit they they charged me the 99 EUR monthly fees, when I pointed out that this was against thier published terms they edited the published terms, and locked 1200 EUR of mine for a years worth of fees and said they would bill me 1200 EUR if I left within the year ! A total bait and switch on the published terms I signed up under and simple 'theft' of 1200 of my EUR. The service stopped working (BIC issues) in Jan 2022.. I alerted them to this, they initially said it was my sending bank and no issues with thier system, days later they discover what I had been telling them.. That it was thier errors. They did not even know thier system was dropped from the BIC network listings !! The account has not worked since start of Jan for deposits to my company name and ACC#/BIC#. Despite not being able to provide a service, they insist on billing 99 EUR per month, draining the account that I am unable to refill. Charging a service fee when they are unable to provide the service. Customer support routinely ignores emails, simply fails to respond, withholds outbound payments for 'processing reasons' without any clarity or timely information. Over the years I have dealt with 10s of banks, many offshore and island nations. This is by far the worst, most shady, and difficult to deal with 'bank' I have ever had the miss fortune of working with. AVOID.. They will invent fees, change the terms after signup, lock your funds, and take your money without providing the service, all while acting as though this was normal banking practice.
Just completed setting up the EUR account. I would give 3-4 stars for setting up the account, but the handling of the account, from customers transferring into the account, handling the balance and transferring money out for suppliers. I never had so difficult and confusing processes in a web based bank. The support team is very helpfull and customer friendly, which helps alot, but the overall experience is not good so far. I am not too happy about my descision choosing DNBC and I might break away from them even before really getting started. I need to spend my time running my business, not on bank transactions.
No money out for 5 days software excuse and payment date issue not able to edit, call center staff wont give there names..can’t believe this is legal basicly locked out of account with no means of making transfers out.. totally unacceptable
Dear All, yes bank recently faced BIC issues, well at least they informed about it and I hope they will solve it soon, the same with another currencies then EUR like USD. I hope they will find soon the way to solve the issues and I hoope that given instruction to use SEPA in EU will work with intermidiary bank. I had no idea you are start up (DNBC team) but at least issues are more understandable now. Look please on the facts: they are folowing country regulations, me as expact, I cant have the account for the offshore company - Excelent. Incoming BIC were working untill Dec 2021- I am not happy with that but well lets see SEPA with intermediary bank- hope it will be acceptable - if I tried from my personal account the data was not able to make the payment - :( . Responsive time - I can understand that customer are sometimes really havey - as I am - but the service is responsing for the complains, and they are doing great. I would say cost are rather high but not higher than in competitve banks - incoming SEPA 5 EUR, 50EUR for the transfer 0,35-0,3 % fee of the transfer amount via SEPA,to 69,3 EUR/month for account holding - well anyway I think it is acceptable.Banking system is simple and works well as from User experience perspective - I can tell you the acceptance politcy is really unbelivable wired for me but it does not require much efort to make all duties to accept the incoming transfer - so it is fine. I would say in general 6-7/10 points. Good
