I wanted to get socks with my wife’s face on them for our wedding and I procrastinated until the week of, and then when I put in the order I forgot to upload the picture I wanted on them (completely my fault). I reached out to customer service and they replied immediately and fulfilled my order right away. Saved the day, and the socks were a huge hit at the wedding!
