From a product point of view, I found their prices to be either on par or better than both stores I visited and other online sites. Great communication about a back-order item I purchased that had delay issues from the overseas manufacture. Great selection of items. Will be a return customer!

Jan 12,2019I recommend DreamLiving and I would order from them again. Not only did they have the best price, but their customer service is excellent. They kept me updated about the backordered item, and they always responded to my questions in a quick and professional manner. Best of all, they even offered to cancel my order, if I didn't want to wait for the item that got delayed once again by the vendor. Which wasn't even in their control, of course. So yes, I do recommend purchasing from them! (By the way, I decided to wait for my item, and I am glad I did because in the end, it showed up sooner than expected.)

Dec 27,2018I would definitely order from Dreamliving.com again. Their customer service is amazing. Anytime I had a question with my order, they responded to my emails right away in a friendly manner. They even sent me txt message updates on the order/delivery status. Also, their prices are the cheapest I have found online for the item I purchased. I was very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend purchasing furniture from their website.

I ordered the same product from Colemen Furniture and eight weeks later I had to cancel my order. When I call DeamLivings the customer service was very trustworthy, and now I'm receiving my order before the promised date.

Nov 30,2018There was an issue with the delivery where the table I ordered was damaged on route. In the end, DreamLivings went above and beyond to try and get the supplier to send a replacement in a timely manner. When that was not done, they communicated with us what the issues were and in the end provided us a refund. They were helpful throughout the whole process.

Nov 29,2018Order placed Oct 18th. Immediately asked if it was being drop shipped and to set my expectations and I would be very happy to wait. I was told Mid November so I waited and that passed. I emailed again twice, they checked with vendor and gave a firm November 25th to ship. I thought odd since that is a Sunday but continued order. Responses have been on the same day until this recent issue. Ive emailed daily since Monday the 26th with no response. Hmmm. I was up front and asked them to just be transparent with details and keep me in the loop, and now am upset with lack of response. I will update review as order progresses.

I wanted to make a small request for my couch and they went above and beyond on with their own line dreamsofa.com and got me the perfect sofa.
