May 07,2020The order wasn’t shipped on time. Nor was it told to me up front on delays. Still haven’t received my items along with getting the wrong shipping information for a different customer. Customer services was rude to me, instead of taking their time to listen. I supported this particular place due to the entrepreneurship I thought I saw. I had planned on doing more business. I have several kids and I’m a coach. I thought these could be cool gifts for some of the kids I coach. Ordered in March, it is now May. No items. Luckily it was $31 bucks. Tired of being talked to rudely and given the run around. So I have taken a loss. I will find another service such as yours. And try again.
