Nov 13,2019We would like to thank Dyfed and his work men for a professional service in fitting a new boiler system and replacement of some of our old radiators. We have recently had our 81 year old mother in law come to live with us however had to update our heating system as it was over 25 year old boiler which we were waiting to break down! Dyfed came to review and price up the job and we arranged a convenient date for the start of the job and they managed to fit it in before she moved in. They came exactly on the date and time of arrival which when you start work at 8.30 is a definite plus. They said it would take 3 days to complete the job and as we wanted to move the boiler outside and our house is an old stone build this could have gone down drastically wrong. They have fitted a Nest thermostat which can be controlled either by the thermostat or via an app! We have had a few questions and Dyfed has always been helpful and arranged for Tom to visit on his way home to sort any issues out. The house is finally warm in every room, and we finally have hot water without having to put the emersion on, so will be saving us electric as well as oil. What more could you ask for!!

Nov 12,2019DR Plumbing and Heating recently installed a new Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life combi boiler and replacement thermostatic radiator valves for us. Dyfed, Tom and Jacob arrived at the time and date arranged and spent a day and a half completing the job. During that time they were polite, hardworking and professional and they ensured that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Dyfed took the time to explain how to operate the new boiler and thermostat and answered any questions that arose. Thank you, it was appreciated. We did have to call Dyfed back to sort out a problem with the TRV’s and he arranged to call the following day and seems to have rectified the problem. We would recommend DR Plumbing and Heating to others and look forward to using them for any future work.

Aug 28,2019Dyf has previously fitted a gas hob for me, but I've just had a Worcester Bosch 32CDI Combi Boiler (with Easy Care thermostat and filter) fitted by Dyf and his team on August 28th 2019. The whole team arrived as promised at 8.45am, promptly and quickly proceeded to get on with their work whilst fully accommodating my neighbours and my property (i live in a block of flats). They managed the complete and full installation in one day in a clean and efficient manner, with everything fully fitted, working and operational by the end of the working day at 4pm. The boiler was fully commissioned, explained to me and demonstrated fully and Dyf followed it up with a further phone call the next morning to ensure all was well. The entire package was fitted for a great and fair price and I would fully recommend to others.

Jul 29,2019So Good, I created a Trustpilot account just so I could write a 5 star review! When we moved into our current home we inherited a poorly designed heating system that over the years has become completely unusable. The old system had undergone at least two major alterations during the last 30 years and what was left was a complete mess. Given all the problems we had, we were very worried about finding the right company for the job. We knew it was a complicated system that had been bodged in the past and we needed someone we could trust and someone who knew what they were doing! DR Plumbing and Heating were the last of 3 companies we invited to quote for the work. We had our own ideas about the type of system we wanted to install and while everyone else was happy to 'sell us whatever we wanted' Dyfed challenged our ideas. He spoke knowledgably about the solutions to the problems we were experiencing and the benefits of a system boiler over combi, given they type of property we have and our specific needs. He put some very compelling arguments across as to why his solution would be the best and it's that leadership that sold it for us. The best part was his quote wasn’t any more expensive than anyone else and while others were worried about the unknows of our creaky system, Dyfed was reassuringly confident he could sort it all out. From the day DR Plumbing & Heating were due to start the work until now (1 week after completion), the service has been exemplary. Communication throughout was excellent, they turned up bang on time, every day. They worked in our attic on the hottest day since records began and not once did any of stop smiling (it must of been horrendous working conditions!). Being summer holidays our children where at home during the work and even though he was probably getting in the way, the lads where very patient and inclusive of our 5-year-old son. What’s noticeable from the second work commenced was that these guys genuinely care about what they do, nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done to the highest standard. We have absolutely no problems giving DR Plumbing and Heating a 5-star review. We have absolutely zero negative feedback, it couldn’t have been any better! If you’re looking for anything from annual serving to fixing a dilapidated heating in a large property, give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Jul 20,2019A New Boiler and Total Satisfaction. The old boiler- and it was old!- needed replacing. But to whom should I turn? As a woman it is not always easy to find trustworthy tradesmen. D. R. Plumbing was recommended to me, and I’m glad that they were. Dyfed Roberts was most open and helpful, clearly explaining everything to me. His work team could not have been bettered. A new boiler was fitted with minimal fuss - and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards! Dyfed explained everything to me and now I enjoy a clean and efficient gas boiler and I don’t need to worry about it because of their after care package. Jul 19,2019I used to be a British Gas Customer and my Gas Boiler was serviced by them. The cost of the service seemed to be very high for the carrying out of the service. I now use D.R. Plumbing & Heating to service my Gas Boiler. I now have a significant cost saving and a more in-depth servicing of my Gas Boiler along with Exceptional Level of Customer Satisfaction. I would recommend this company to one and all.

Jul 10,2019Recently had my house installed with central heating for the first time it's an old house pre war and it's never had central heating so was a big job D.R.Plumbing were amazing put my mind as ease every step of the way very professional clean and tidy. As I work full time and wasn't always there when the work was being carried out I had daily tx to check I was happy with the work so far it if I had any concerns. I would highly recommend for all your heating needs Thank you boys were already looking forward to winter

Jun 06,2019D.R. Plumbing fitted a new Worcester Boiler for us. Dyfed came out to look at the work and gave a detailed explanation of how he would address the needs of the property, how the system would work and that it would take 2 and a half days to complete the job. Dyfed kept us informed at the end of each day how much progress he had made and his plans for the next day; this was greatly appreciated as communication is very important to us. At the end of each day the workspace was swept and left immaculately, as this is was in a kitchen it meant we could use it in the evening/morning with no disruption. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Dyfed took the time to explain to us how to use this system, all the work that had been done and made sure it was swept and tidy. We highly recommend D.R. Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.

May 05,2019After getting a quote from Dyfed for installing a combi boiler and removal of the old water tanks we agreed a start date. Arrived on time each day and kept the site clean and tidy. Work was completed as we agreed and in good time. Dyfed even stayed around for me to return from work to explain the new system to me. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys and will continue to use the team for servicing and any future work. Thank you very much.

Apr 24,2019I would highly recommend Dyfed and his team who recently fitted a new oil boiler and radiator for me. I was having a new kitchen fitted so they had to work around other tradesmen, which they did without any problems. They are always pleasant and courteous and Dyfed is always happy to answer any questions you may have. They are always punctual and their work is neat and tidy.

Oct 25,2018We agreed a schedule of work with DR Plumbing to fit in with other trades required to fit a new kitchen and garden room. DR Plumbing worked precisely to the schedule. They removed an existing boiler and installed a new boiler in a different location within the new kitchen also fitted new radiators - the work they carried out is excellent everything neat and tidy and exactly as required. We now have a care plan with them that is extremely comprehensive and at a very reasonable price. We would not have any reservation in recommending DR Plumbing & Heating to to anyone.

Nov 19,2019Big thanks to Dyfed and the team for installing my new boiler. It was quite a task removing a large, 35 year old boiler from the garage and relocating a smaller unit centrally to the house to offer the best set up. Any queries were answered quickly and so that I understood fully what was happening. The level of care they took in my home was outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
