The DTC Intensive Driving Courses are designed for those learners who have a valid UK provisional driving licence, passed their theory test and have already taken several driving lessons. These one-week pass courses are also suitable for international drivers, even if they have never driven in the UK before, learner drivers who have recently failed a practical test, and those who are almost up to the test standard. Dec 26,2024It’s a very good company, great customer support over the phone and friendly, quick execution. One problem I faced was with the instructor Raju Ahmed, he needs to learn some respect. He was stressing me out and telling me I can’t move my hands over the steering wheel to the other side which isn’t even a driving fault, it's a driving style, and he wouldn't allow me to continue unless I drove like he wanted. Anyways, given the right instructor the service provided by these kind people is really useful and I can see myself using them again, just not with Raju. Thanks

Dec 19,2024Poor service Poor communication Fake agreements - I ask for monthly payment which they quickly agreed with a deposit but got told on the day on my test i had to pay instructor in full on the day which is not what i agreed on. DTC very rude on the call and did not even listen to me as a client.This made me very anxious before my test. This is just waste of money. The car received on the day was not used for a while for the clutch was difficult to use. I got theories instead of tips to passed by intructor Not happy with this company- I had pre warned them before 8 days as they request and still they give me poor service like this. I would not had to complain if it was 3 days because it is understandable but they had a whole week which was unfair.

Dec 10,2024I booked a last-minute car service with a week’s notice to attend my practical driving exam. According to the company’s website, cancellations on my part would not be refunded, which I understood and accepted. However, the company itself cancelled my booking without offering any alternatives or notice in advance. When I contacted them for a refund, I was told that my money was "lost" and they would not issue a refund despite the cancellation being entirely on their end. This is unacceptable and poor business practice. The lack of accountability and refusal to refund for a service they failed to provide shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and trust.

Dec 04,2024I used DTC driving school on last minute notice with my test being in two days time and they was a great help. They provide me with an instructor Manisha Gadday she was a lovely woman and great help. I was given an hour before my test, like a mock just to go over everything and ask any final questions which was all answered well and clear to me and was ready to go. With that being said I passed thanks to DTC driving schools services.

I am not the most confident driver, but she is calm, patient and incredibly encouraging. We covered everything I needed to pass the test.
