Feb 25,2025UPDATE: They reached out to us and said they will fix the issue and will send it right away. if they come thru, I will change my review to 5 star. we shall see. Original: I tried to call, emailed several times , still can’t reach them. I placed order 5 days ago still not shipped yet. They said ship next day on their website . I am super worried now because I have due date for my project. Last two times , it was quick and great experience. This time is not. I hate this feeling not knowing what’s the states of my order .

Feb 18,2025They were very helpful and responded quickly when I had a question on an order I was making. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and shipping too! I ordered on a Thursday and the transfers were delivered on Tuesday! These are just as good as identical transfers I paid 4x more for from another vendor. Will definitely be ordering again!

Feb 02,2025Very easy to create gang sheets and order. Fast turn around, less than a week. Everything looks great. I have cut all dtf transfers but have not been able to use them yet, but very soon. The UV Dtf prints work great. So far I've made many key chains and bookmarks

Jan 08,2025See last update** Should be 0 stars. They took my money and never mailed the prints. They have no phone number and they don't answer their emails. 10+ days waiting and counting... Update. Still no response. I see they are shown to be located in Delaware but they are actually shipping from Turkey (the country). Not sure if I will ever receive anything. This is a warning for other people. Final Update... They finally responded after 2 weeks. Prints were mailed and received. Increased star level to 3. Really, there were no excuses for not responding. Luckily I am not in production yet. After they mailed the prints they sent me 50 emails to see how they did. They should have done this earlier. Prints came out fine. Quality is the same as other places. Price is good. Shipped fast 3 days from Turkey to California. FYI, shipment received faster than UPS ground from Texas. Thanks for reading.
