Mar 23,2023Buying a business is a long and tedious process. Finding great professional resources for the Due Diligence part of the acquisition is a daunting task. I spent hours seeking referrals and connecting with service providers who mostly ended up not being a fit. Shortly before becoming completely frustrated, I was lucky to happen upon DueDilio. The process with DueDilio was nicely streamlined. It started with a questionnaire about the general specifics of my acquisition and the scope of work I needed help on. With that submitted, within a few days I received a curated selection of proposals from vetted professionals for the work I needed done. Everything was presented on a level playing field and was easy to pour through and compare. Of the 12 proposals I received, I elected to move forward with three of the service providers for an initial interview. At the end, I selected the service provider who I felt was the best fit for me and signed an agreement. My needs involved a Quality of Earnings. The service provider I selected through DueDilio met all of my expectations. Their communication was excellent, work provided in a timely manner, and the end result was very high quality. I would not hesitate to use DueDilio on future acquisitions in searching for Due Diligence service providers.
