Item never shipped and ignoring all messages. It’s been 20 days and nothing.
My partner ordered items. They did not send all the items and this was the second time we had issues. They also send things as samples so to return something is impossible. My partner ordered 4 items which was over 400 pounds and only 1 item came and that to was in silver. This is unacceptable service and theft!
I bought a bracelet from Dueros. I paid £60. Arrived in a timely fashion but after one wear of an hour the Dueros 925 Silver tag had fallen off. Within a few days of wearing the cord had started to fray away. I contacted the company via social media yet had no responses.
I made an order on May 9, 2021 and received the order’s confirmation plus they charged it completely from my credit card. The shipping rules said that it takes 18-20 days. Today is June 6 and I don’t even received an update of my order. I wrote plenty of emails and through their DM on Instagram and they don’t respond me. The tracking number says the same since I made the purchase. I really want to know what is happening with my order or received a refund of my £292 I spend. It’s supposed to be for a birthday present on June 12 and now I don’t have any gift for the person. I really want to know what is happening with my order because I am worry to loose my money. Can I please have a respond? I will not definitively recommend this store to anyone if I still not receive an update of my order. I’m tired of wait. Thank you.
I place my order D10275 on April the 2nd and got an update on the 14th that my item was shipped. I’m writing this review on April the 30th and so far I haven’t got any other info about my item. I bought this necklace for a birthday present and did it ahead of time because I need it for May the 7th. Have been emailing Dueros to get info about my purchased and haven’t got any response from them. Where is my package? Is there any update on the shipping? Is there any phone number to contact the company?

UPDATE. I placed an order for 186.90 euro on April 7th. My credit card was charged the full amount. After the latest update below from Dueros I checked with my bank and was informed that the charge was cancelled by my bank 72 hours later because the charge was not claimed by Dueros. I don't understand why I was not contacted directly by Dueros after I initially sent all of the details of the transaction to the "order" email address in dueros.com to solve this situation some way. So, I was not able to place the order I wanted through the dueros.com website. I guess I'll have to wait for whenever it's possible for me to travel and visit a physical store. ----------- UPDATE. Received a response to this post form Dueros. I will provide additional information to see if the problem is solved. I made the purchase on April 7th. My credit card ending 6077 was charged for the full amount (186.90 euro). I did not receive confirmation of the purchase much less a tracking number. I have sent emails to contact at dueros.com and order at dueros.com under my name - and no response yet. I hope this situation is solved and, if so, I will inform here. -------- It’s been four days since I made a purchase of two necklaces. My credit card was charged for the full amount but have received no confirmation of the purchase and Dueros won’t answer my emails, respond to the chat on the web site or answer the phone. Is dueros.com a scam??
