Ik heb een koffer gekocht voor mijn dochter, die in Duitsland woont. Bij nader inzien vond ze deze koffer toch te klein en ik heb hem mee terug genomen naar Nederland. Ik kon hem moeiteloos omruilen en Duifhuizen zorgde ervoor dat de nieuwe grotere koffer bij mijn dochter in Duitsland kwam. Het verzenden duurde maar 2 dagen, geweldig!!! Super services en hele goede, vriendelijke, kundige verkoopsters!

I ordered 2 luggage in the same day (afternoon and evening). The first one arrived in two days the other one arrived four days later. I also have a problem with tracking system (Hermes Germany GmbH). Although I got its in time but I should be informed that the second luggage will be late (because I ordered in the same day!)
