Aug 10,2024I've made several purchases from Duke Video over the years and they've always been super as a company. Had a recent episode where I ordered a DVD which didn't arrive. Not the company's fault, just a severe delay on Royal Mail's part. However Julie offered to send a replacement without hesitation. Today I've received both so have advised them I will return one. Julie even said she'll provide a free post label. Their customer service is second to none and they have a great range of DVD's, books etc to offer at very reasonable prices. Would thoroughly recommend if you know an enthusiast 🙂
