They gave me great advice during the initial stages before I'd even decided which company to go with. The team members I dealt with were friendly and gave me confidence in arranging my mortgage. Their communications were great. I would use them again in the future.

Dec 29,2022Phil House helped us to secure a mortgage on a bigger property. He was helpful and knowledgeable. There was a period of uncertainty with our mortgage application but Phil sorted this out as it was an error that needed resolving from the provider. I also had contact with Jack Wakefield and Rhys Oliver who were both really helpful with life insurance and home insurance. Jack had great communication skills and was very good at explaining everything. He always did what he said he would do. I will recommend Dupree and Co and will use them again in future for a re-mortgage.

He dealt with my mortgage application smoothly and gave me very good advice and details when I requested. He was always available and responded promptly to any emails or phone calls. This was particularly useful a day before exchange when my solicitors were chasing my mortgage provider to release funds. Keith worked his magic and speeded this up! :) Sheila Rice from Dupree and Co also assisted in getting this info across to my solicitors. Although I haven't worked with Sheila before, her efforts in getting this organised for me at such last minute shows how brilliant the team are! Thank you Sheila for your assistance - its very much appreciated! Buying a property is super stressful but having someone like Keith Watson / Dupreeandco Team to rely on really made my experience smooth and stress free. Thank you so so much for everything - all the advice, emails, phone calls and the list is endless! I will no doubt remember you again Keith if I am fortunate to buy another property in the near future!
