I received my digital certificate immediately after completing the course and my physical certificate arrived today, after ordering it 2 weeks ago. Thank you Dux!

Nov 17,2022The affordability of the course was a great point especially if you are looking for a basic TEFL/TESOL course to take. The organization of the modules is easy to follow, albeit broad in most sections. Once having completed the course, you have a better understanding of what is needed of you as a teacher in most language learning environments. At the end of each module, you have an exam to test your knowledge of what you have learned. Overall, it was a good experience, and the navigation of the website and materials are nicely presented. This is a good course for someone starting the very basics and dip their toes into the TEFL world. For $30 USD, I received a digital and was eventually mailed a paper certificate. I was pleased with the email notification of it being sent, however, it took over a month and I was extremely disappointed in the packaging or lack thereof in the posting of my paper certificate. It seems in order to make the most profit, it was simply sent in a thin, flimsy folder to avoid weight costs and arrived damaged. It was not packed (the way internationally shipped documents should be for this price) in between protective cardboard to hold the shape and avoid bends or tears. This is my genuine and honest experience with DUX TEFL.

Jun 17,2022Just finished the 60- hour course for Online teaching and I'm very happy. The topics are well-written and easy to understand. The assessment at the end of each chapter is multiple-choice. You receive a digital certificate in the end but can always order a signed printed version. Overall, I'd rate this as a very good experience. Thank you!
