Rude except for the girl that answers sometime when you call. Sonny came and replaced the drain pump, after he left, dishwasher was leaking all out side damaged trim on our cabinet . The bedroom closet was wet.i called to get them back and was spoken to very rudely. Sonny came back and was rude. I calked after he left to get an invoice for what he did. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and told me not to call back, he would sue me if I did. Wouldn’t let me talk. Said he would not respect my warranty. What the heck??? I know it was a recorded call and so someone called me back and said they were from Bosch(my dishwasher brand) and spoke decently to me. He was I believe from DNE and wanted me to not smear their name I think. But it was DNE I’m sure. He wanted to cover dirt the rudeness we got. Never go to them!!

I called this company because my clothes dryer was screeching when it began it's cycle. I was given a quote when I called and they were here in a matter of a couple of hours. They were very professional, friendly and reasonable. I would say they were beyond excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future for any appliance repairs.

DWG has always been reliable. I wouldn't call anyone else. He has always found the issue and resolved it. His pricing is quite reasonable.

DWG was great to work with! I was able to get a next day appointment. They came on time and got my refrigerator up and running. Even called the next day to check in! Highly recommend.
