Having the Timelio advances helps us smooth out cashflow and has been a key success factor for us this past year. Jul 26,2019We love Cashflow Finance because they are quick to respond to all our queries, open to feedback and always take on board our recommendations to resolve issues. I'm sure the team working behind the scenes is bigger but a special thank you to Kira, Kristy and Patricia for all their support! The only draw back to the services provided is the Cashflow Finance portal - which in our experience has some functions that aren't user friendly. For example, uploading files/invoices. This procedure is time consuming and a bit of a hassle on our end. In all fairness there has been some recent changes to the upload requirements and that has eased some of the burden for us. We have come up with a few more suggestions that could benefit us as well as Cashflow Finance. 1. The ability to upload multiple files at a time. At the moment we can only select one file but it would be much easier if we could choose more than one and then upload. 2. It would be beneficial to show the File Name after it is uploaded so we can ensure that all files have been uploaded and avoid any double ups. 3. Include editing functions so IF there is a double up or an incorrect batch then we can delete it ourselves rather than asking CFF. Thanks again for your ongoing support :)
