Feb 20,2023What a fantastic team they are at this agency. I have been a tenant of EMPM for the last 17 years. I cannot fault them in any way. The service I have received from them whenever I have had an issue was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble & everything was dealt with promptly & satisfactorily. They really are an amazing team & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. We have now purchased our home but would more than happily have stayed a tenant with them if were in that position. To have received an email today thanking us for being a good tenant is testament to the personal touch they provide. I can only say thank you all so much for everything you have done for us over the years.

They found me a superb secluded ground floor flat in which I feel privileged to reside and I heartily recommend their excellent ongoing service.

Nov 17,2021Couldn’t view a property because I am under 25 When I informed that this was illegal I was then told it was for insurance purposes. I won’t be bothering with this agency purely because they are a discriminatory outfit. They clearly don’t know their business.
