The quality of the wigs are excellent and I am beyond amazed at the excellent prices! Once you experience these wigs, you will not want to go any other place to purchase your wigs. I can wear these wigs for months and they still look fresh. Believe me, if you buy these wigs, you will not regret it. Thank you Larissa for all of your help.

I will purchase from them before I would from my local store because I can always find what I need. Their customer service is amazing, their response time is within minutes. You don’t have to wait days for a response. DAEJONNA D was able to help me with changing my address instantly.

Canceled my order and found a better site with a better selection, prices AND customer services! Don’t waste your time!

Apr 30,2022It's time that I wrote a review. I've been a loyal customer since 2020. Here's a list of what I love about this company. 1. A good stock of inventory; 2. A wide variety of styles and brands; 3. Reliability in knowing I will get my product on time; 4. If I place an order and the wig is unavailable they reach out to me with options to wait, replace, or remove the item from my purchases (thank you Daejonna D!). 5. A good stock on affordable wigs. I can't afford to buy a $500 wig, that's crazy! My balding head is so happy I can get affordable wigs that look great! Thank you Ebonyline!

Apr 29,2022I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I placed an order . Fed ex marked the package delivered however I never received it. When I initially reached out I was told I had to wait 7 days before you all could file a claim. I waited the 7 days and reached back out only to be told there's nothing that could be done. Why tell me to wait as if there was a possibile resolution. I have been a loyal customer but don't have money to just be throwing away on a company that doesn't put their customers first. It's not like you guys can't resend it. I will not be returning
