Jul 12,2021Ebony has great wigs and believe it it not the young man in chat helped me pick out a wig color when mine was out of stock. Ebony wigs tend to sell out but they have others that are just as good if not better. The wigs arrive in original packaging which I love. The 3.99 shipping if you spend 30 bucks is also impressive and enticing. I will be back as they are a favorite in my phone.

It came the next day even when I wanted to replace the items in my order for something else. Great customer service! I would definitely buy again - James Dean (that’s my ordering name lol)

Jul 02,2021I placed an order for my "vacation hair" and received an email (including an apology) informing me that some of my order was not available. Although it was a little disappointing, I was given a list of options of available hair and asked how I wanted to proceed. I've dealt with companies that would put the items on back order without informing me. Hector was very professional and courteous. I have ordered from ebonyline.com for years and I will continue to be a customer because I feel like my business is appreciated. It's people like Hector that make life a little easier. :)
