The packages were very well wrapped, ensuring the contents arrived intact. As always the product is of very high quality. It is also very important to me to be able to purchase beautiful perfume knowing that no animal has been harmed in the process.

Dec 04,2024I have 6 perfumes which I've bought from Eden and they're all great, long lasting and good quality. Some are absolutely spot on matches to much more expensive perfumes and the others are perfectly acceptable. Some I just bought without knowing the original fragrance they were based on and I love them. Customer service is excellent. I've only ever been unhappy with one fragrance and they accepted a return and replaced it without argument. Orders are posted out quickly and they are happy to answer any questions.

Dec 03,2024My order wasn't delivered because the delivery address was wrong, I am at a loss to see how this happened, the house number is a double digit number and the house number on the delivery address is a single digit number so I can't see it being me who input the wrong number.

Dec 03,2024The perfumes I ordered came, as usual, very quickly. No use of plastics in the packaging and the fragrances carefully wrapped... The array of scents available is huge, the descriptions of each on the site is more than helpful and the site itself is easy to navigate.. You can choose a fragrance based on your favourite smell and I have never been disappointed... I buy all my perfumes here now both for myself and my daughter.. Excellent.
