Feb 03,2022The item was not delivered as the recipient was NOT at home when DPD attempted to deliver. DPD didnt left a written notification to the recipient... so how could the recipient be aware that he/she has to pick up a package somewhere? I do not have the telephone of the recipient so DPD should have left a written note for pick up. When I called Edible Blooms with this issue they did nothing so the item will never be delievered to the recipient. :-(

Feb 03,2022I literally cannot stress enough how amazing this company is! I have been using their services for the past 2 years for last minute gift arrangements within central London. The prices, range offered and the service is just not comparable to anything else on the market - and they offer SAME DAY delivery on top of all of that! Customer Service is quick to respond and help, super helpful team. Carla and Rochelle were incredibly supportive with helping me sort out my order. Product delivered is high quality and never fails to put a big smile on faces.

Jan 28,2022The delivery was 3 days late, and You left the delivery with another person, A neighbor, who consumed said package.. The person I intended to send it to never even got their package. I understand that this is the fault of the delivery person and not the the company itself, but you should be sure that your package goes to its intended destination. I Even splurged for The Deluxe delivery package which was Quoted as being "Quality gift Delivered Prompt and Without delay". I understand I'm an American but is my money not good enough for you?

Feb 04,2022Hi the box arrived completely crushed and open. The editable blooms were all squashed and looked nothing like flowers. My dad would not eat the chocolate as he was worried it had been interfered with and I don’t blame him. The box was wide open
