Nov 02,2017I would throughly recommend Eldron Property Consultants. I had been looking at the Dublin property market for a while before I stumbled across an article on Eldron in the Irish Times and gave Shane a ring to find out more information. Within 4 months of that call I had the keys to my dream Dublin house. I would not have known of the property’s existence without their services and I wouldn’t have got it at such a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the entire service I received from beginning to end. I received a constant source of support and reassurance throughout the process as well as getting many other useful contacts such as surveyors, mortgage brokers and solicitors. I would particularly recommend Eldron if you are an overseas buyer or you feel you don’t know the local market well enough. It is most definitely a worthwhile service and I found Eldron to be very honest, hardworking and professional.

Oct 26,2017I would recommend eldron property without hesitation, particluarly to an overseas buyer. I found the process to be efficient, informed and efficient, with Eldron genuinely focused on finding you the right house, not just first house that meets your criteria. Eldron were able to bring local knowledge, good relationships with the selling agents and good advice through out the bidding process. I also found it great that he kept my family in ireland involved throughout the process, including arranging viewings etc. I am extremely happy with outcome and would recommend to any buyer, even a buyer based in ireland.

Oct 18,2017As an overseas investor, I found that Eldron ticked all the right boxes. It was seamless dealing with Shane and apart from providing me with an insight into the Irish property market, his services included linking me with a solicitor, tax consultant and bank manager to ensure the whole process was as smooth possible. He had an in-depth knowledge of the area and potential yields of the properties he recommended. The purchasing process was fairly stress-free as well. He had the property refurbished, advertised and let out within a week of getting the keys.

I was initially hesitant of the costs involved but I can comfortably say they are worth every penny.
