Feb 28,2025We have used Grant previously for boiler services, then he came out for an urgent repair when we moved house. We have just had a new boiler fitted by Grant and his brother; both are very friendly, approachable and tidy. Their work has been completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. Would recommend Elementis to anyone needing a boiler service, repair or replacement. Thank you both Grant and Dale.

Not only provided quick and competitive quote over the phone but also managed to adjust his schedule to accommodate my appointment which I needed to be arranged as soon as possible. He kept me well informed, providing updates on both arrival time (with no delays) and during conducting the work. The job (gas pipe removal and capping) was completed promptly and I could not be more happy with the final results. Moreover, he was so kind with the final payment which was reduced compared to the original quote due to the volume of work occurred to be less than anticipated. It only shows how honest and trusted Grant and the entire company is by this gesture. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!! :)

Feb 04,2025Grant and his team are excellent. I've always found them reliable and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue. They installed a new boiler when we were freezing and our old boiler had given up. Grant talked us through the options available and didn't push for a hard sell. They have since helped us with any issues we may have had elsewhere in the house and serviced the boiler yearly. Very glad to have found a service we can trust and rely on.

Based on a very old system, they did encounter a problem that resulted in a necessary change in how the system would have to be configured, Grant offered a solution and was very fair and reasonable with the uplift cost. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Mar 19,2025Grant has maintained my boiler for over 3 years, including installing a replacement. In every aspect of his work he is highly professional, competent and reliable. On one occasion, due to freak weather conditions, he could not determine a possible fault with the boiler, and as such refused payment. I would recommend Grant unreservedly
