Nov 19,2016What a helpful company to deal with. They really helped removing the stress out of our moving job. Adequate amount of packaging materials and advice was also provided prior to move. The removal crew were cautious and friendly, everything was relocated without a fuss. Appliances were disconnected by their Plumber we had prearranged. Very proud with Elephant Removals and I will most definitely recommend them.

Nov 09,2016We used Elephant Removals, a move that was stressless and the guys were awesome.They were great to work with. The scheduling process was easy and straight forward. Both crews that handled our moves worked very hard and efficiently. Friendly and professional on the phone as well as during the move. They kept me up to date as to what time I'd be expecting them and same thing at delivery, which I think was great commitment and excellent service. I've used a lot of moving companies over the years, and I haven't been completely happy with any of them. This one was recommended by a friend. If you're looking for friendly, professional, and efficient movers, these are your guys!. Highly recommended

I offered to help but to be honest I was getting in their way so all I had to do is put my feet up and let them get on with it. Really impressed with the team, trustable and responsible, highly recommend this company.

Nov 06,2016Firstly i dont understand how you can charge me over £1200 for an incomplete move. The potering staff left the job incomplete and took a ridicioulous amount of time to move dir to their disorgainisation. The sofas were not deassmbled before leaving the property.One sofa is now sitting in my corridoor as they refusrd yo dismantle it due to lack of energy. My son wardrobe was outside the property in thr communal area. My partner and I had to dismantle this and carry this into our home. 3 items were left at the vacating property .They refused to dismantle the dining cabinet. Remove the cooker ams washing machine. This resulted it us having to use another removal service on sunday to vacant these things costing an additional expenisive of £200.00 The porter left out of angry that my partner had to chase them down the corridor.They assmble one sofa incorectly and left the other one blocking the door which is a fire and saftey risk! I was told comments by the staff such as 'at least the items are in the property i can sort ot out in my own time' One porter even suggesting 'throwing our sofas away as they were too hard to move ' This is meant to be a proffesional service hence i chose this company. In the end the potering staff you hired for the job were unorgainised and not skilled to dismantle and reasamble. My sons cot was taken apart and not put together. Lastly i was not given any documention for my records and did not sign anything to say they has completed the job.So i was shocked when i spoke to the bank snd they informed me that over £1200 was attempted to be removed from my account.

I purchased the packaging materials with Elephant Removals online and got it delivered beforehand so that I can crack on with the packing. The boxes, bubble wrap tapes they provided were high standard quality. Then only thing I left for them to do is dismantling and reassembling and the removals of course. Friendly staff and excellent family run business, completely understanding staff and a good reason to move with Elepant Removals.

The removers were polite and friendly and extremely hard working, our furniture and belongings were loaded onto the removal truck in less than 2 hours and didn't take much time which automatically has a good impression, everything was in good condition. They turned up on time and worked non-stop until everything was packed up, moved and unpacked at the other end. Everything turned up undamaged and they took good care of my belongings. I heard many good things about elephantremovals.co.uk but seeing and believing was a totally different experience. I'll highly recommend this removal firm. They made what was a really stressful day, a simple task. I would use them again without hesitation.

Despite the terrible weather and long distance walking involved due to no nearby parking, the staff were just awesome. They disconnected the washing machine and the dishwasher. Took away the used boxes we had managed to empty and also disposed some unwanted furniture. Well mannered and professional attitude. I'll undoubtedly recommend elephantremovals.co.uk to anyone moving house.
