Disorganized in everything and above all liars and profiteers. I am having my website completed by another company. If you want to waste time and money these are the ones for you. I do not recommend. Avoid like the plague

Nov 19,2024ElevateOM are the worst company I have dealt with since the internet started I have never seen a customer service like this before. I paid ElevateOM to do SEO work on my website they told me I would be contacted by an SEO manager who would give me updates on the process within 2 days I didn’t hear from him for 7 days I spoke to him 3 times in one month with no updates whatsoever and nothing has been done on my website so I try to call Tim who sold me the package every time I call him they say he’s in a meeting I’m talking about 10 calls later I feel frustrated and cheated it’s funny how they don’t pick up the phone to their paying customers or answer emails but they have the time to reply to this review that I sent I am urging anyone who is looking for SEO Services from ElevateOM to avoid them completely there are genuine companies out there that will give you reassurance and support. I did not get either I have found a great company who understands my needs and are currently working on my website and I am now happy .. so guys please stay away from ElevateOM I urge you .don’t take my word for it just look at the trust pilot reviews on this company, shocking .

The only time this company contacted them was when an invoice was due. My friend has paid hundreds of pounds been promised a service that they have not received. Avoid this company at all costs.
