Jan 30,2024DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I ordered in November for XMAS. The item ordered was never received. When I asked for a refund, another item was sent that did not fit (3 weeks later) . I was told the item could not be returned or refunded, their clothing runs small.

Jan 23,2024They took forever to ship, I thought the store was based in Tempe and instead and a made in china product. I had to wait two mo the for the item, which was supposed to arrive by Christmas. Once I Steve’s the item, it is of the lowest quality. The interior tag is peeling, there are loose threads all over the item. It’s just an incredibly low quality item, especially for paying upwards to 60 dollars, on SALE.

Jan 20,2024I did finally get the item that I ordered on November 23 as a Christmas gift, today. The jersey is exactly as I had hoped and my husband loved it. Emailing with this company was positive, they always responded within a day of my questions. I also had a product stall in New York before Christmas thinking it would be here but it is what it is. They made it right and for that I am grateful, so is my husband because he thought I got scammed on his Christmas gift. The best thing I can say is that when dealing with people you place an order with online, expect things to not go perfectly. We live in a world where everyone wants everything now.

Jan 16,2024Don’t order from this company. I ordered a jersey and never received it. Tracking info scan in NY for many weeks. I emailed company asking for refund and they did give me a refund for merchandise but not for shipping cost. I don’t recommend this store!

Jan 15,2024I specifically asked if their merchandise came from us or china. They said us. Guaranteed shipping 2 days after placing order. 78 for jersey which i oredered on 11-18. Received it jan 13. I ended ordering from Fanatics for same jersey. Christmas present. The color is wrong quality of the jersey is thin. I will never order from this company. Very disappointed

Jan 14,2024This company is an absolute scam. They send you knock off jerseys that look like they were from the reject pile. The seams arent even cut evenly and not sewed down all the way. Customer service is horrible and they will steal your money. Please do not buy from this company spend the extra couple dollars for a real jersey mine is going into the trash.

Jan 11,2024My jersey also has been sitting in Jamaica since mid Dec. They also say it's ok, it's coming. I saw one person say they found out it was confiscated for fake postage. How did you find that out? I'm filing fraud in 2 days if I don't have accurate info and real answers from the company

Jan 11,2024I ordered two customized jerseys from this website on November 24th, 2023. I ordered them ahead of time, hoping that they would arrive by Christmas since I bought them as gifts for my brothers. The website had advertised that the delivery time would take between 12-17 business days from the date the order was placed. It seemed like a long shipping time, but I was still willing to wait because I had ordered them early enough before Christmas. I received an email stating it had "shipped" but upon looking at the tracking details, it was said to be stuck in Jamaica, NY for God knows how long. Everyday, the shipment time also increases - it's ridiculous. 17 days later, I still haven't received my item, and I looked up reviews on this company only to find fake good reviews. I know they were fake because there had been repeat names and repeat reviews. I decided to dispute a transaction with my bank in hopes I could get some sort of refund back. Update from today (1/10/24): I haven't heard from my bank yet as they're reviewing it, I'm sure, but to my surprise, I received one out of two of the jerseys I had ordered today in the mail. The quality is not the best as there were some loose hems in the jersey and the material itself wasn't very jersey-like. I repeat that I also only received ONE out of TWO that I ordered, even after waiting for so long. I've emailed their customer service, who I'm sure won't reply in a timely manner. I'm only hoping my bank looks out for me.

Jan 10,2024I have ordered many jerseys and ordered a Youth Large, which in all my other Adidas jerseys is a 13-14. They claim a Large is 8-9 with a 2XL being 12-13 and a 13-14 not being an actual size. There is no size chart on the item site and they refuse the return but if I wanted to exchange for the correct size it would cost $50 MORE!!! They are a scam company. Stay far away!!!

Jan 08,2024Ordered a Jersey from them at the end of November and it never came. Their emails just kept putting me off saying it was being shipped. Eventually I canceled the order and they said they would refund me. Of course that hasn't happened either. Do not buy from the store!!!!

Jan 05,2024Buyer Beware! Elevermint sent me a jersey that is not at all true to size and when I contacted them about a refund/replacement, they stopped responding to my numerous emails. Highly suspicious. Very suspect business practices. Order your items from a legitimate sports store! Not worth the hassle.

Jan 02,2024I would like to have given 0 stars. I ordered a 3xl jersey for my husband. Too small he has a 45 inch chest this is suppose to fit 56 inch. Plus quality is not good Buyer beware I put in a dispute charge with my credit card company. I believed this store to be somewhere in the US, I was wrong. Buyer beware Save your $$!!

Dec 31,2023As of right now, there score is a 1 star! I ordered my husband’s jersey mid November and I am still waiting and Christmas is over! I could not track my order because I never received an email with my tracking number and you can’t track from your order number! I contacted this company and said I haven’t received any information and was turning them into the BBB and reporting this to my bank for a fraudulent transaction! Can you believe they sent me an email with my tracking number information and that “status update” hasn’t changed in 3 weeks. It’s been sitting in Jamaica, NY. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!! I will NEVER order from this company ever again!!!

Dec 31,2023Be careful when ordering jerseys for youth. Company sizes don't conform with usually accepted sizes. We ordered a youth large for our 12 year old grandson. Jersey wouldn't fit a six year old. We sent pictures with measured jersey. They said it conformed to their size chart. Refused to refund or replace.

Dec 29,2023I would like to modify/retract much of my previous review. I finally received a 97% refund a month after pacing my order. Still not a great experience to be out any money at all and not receive the merchandise at all, let alone in time for Christmas. The merchandise was confiscated by the US Postal Service due to counterfeit postage.

Jun 30,2024My husband bought me 2 Jerseys from Elevermint for Christmas. He bought a large and I wear a medium. Both were to small. We tried to return them and never got a return label or a refund. Not made well either. I gave them to my 13 and 7 year old granddaughters. They're both tiny. I'll never buy from them again.
