Our new (6) dining room chairs were delivered earlier than anticipated, in excellent condition and they look great. They are also very comfortable, very stylish and contemporary. We love them!

I ordered a headboard nearly 2 weeks ago, they have only today confirmed that they cannot supply me with my order and I now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Customer service don't get care. Go somewhere else for a better experience

I don't usually like to write negative reviews, if I have an issue with a product or supplier I prefer to deal with this direct. However, in this case, Ellis Home Interiors left me with no option ! I ordered a display bookcase unit from them in good faith. I dithered about ordering as price seemed a bit toppy, but since it was listed as 'solid oak' and came fully assembled I decided to go for it. It is a nice piece of furniture, however ..... the website details were/are misleading, it isn't 'solid oak', the back panel of the cupboard unit is actually ply. - no caveat on the listing to inform of this. It also arrived NOT assembled ! Instructions suggested it would be a 2 person, half hour job, as we liked the look of the unit so we went ahead. It took us more than 2 hours, and not and easy job if I'm honest. I spoke to the company, firstly to a not too professional young man by phone, who had no product knowledge and the conversation was intruded by laughing and chatter in the background. He promised to call me again the next morning after investigating. He didnt !. I then had a protracted email conversation with, who, by his surname ,I assume is an owner /director of the company. Cut a long story short, no admission that their marketing was misleading, and the only recompense he offered was £10 to compensate for our time having to assemble the item . (not much of an hourly rate paid there !) Eventually he declined to respond to my last email - rude , unprofessional , bad customer care. I had said I had no option but to leave negative feedback, quite obviously he just doesn't care ! We decide to keep the unit as, to be honest , it is very nice , and anyway, Ellis Home expected us to pack the whole thing up and return, AT OUR COST ! Needless to say, they wont be getting any more of my custom and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy !

I ordered a small wine table, I had swithered because I wasn’t sure it was right for my room. Glad I did, it’s a lovely wee table, it was really well packed and arrived quickly. In addition to all that I actually saw it in a shop nearby for a considerable amount more. All in all delighted with my purchase from Ellis Home Interiors

WORST company I have ever used! Ordered our Dining Room table back in December with stock date of 16/01/2022. It approached this date and heard I absoutley nothing. I called them to find oout an update and they advised there was a delay and it would be another two weeks. Two weeks went by and heard nothing. I was told again it would be another two weeks. This continued to happen as I chased on a weekly basis until finally recieved an update on 1st March (6 weeks after orginial due date) to arrange delivery. Table turned up, but one of the legs was damaged!! This just added salt to the wound. I was furious. I contacted Ellis who advised they would send out a replacement leg, which they did 1 week later and luckily was fine. I would never order from this company again, I just felt like they were very unorganised and kept fobbing me off. Although I absoutey love the table, the service is shocking.

Lovely set of tables at almost half the price of identical items on other websites so excellent value for money! Ordering was quick and easy and I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery times. Everything arrived carefully packaged and in a timely manner. I’m delighted with the quality of my purchase and the service and value provided by Ellis Home Interiors. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Thank you 😊.

The chest of drawers was annoying to put together as the dowels kept breaking and we had to buy some more. Once it was put together, the drawers wouldn’t open or shut properly to the point that it could take over 10 minutes to get out a jumper. I sent the company an email and video evidence but have , so far not received a return address label or any offer of a refund .

Highly delighted with Denver Swivel Recliner Chair. Had to wait a while (due to covid) but was kept informed of the situation. Delivery was arranged and took place to the letter. Will purchase again when the need arises.

My experience with this company is extremely bad. I made order on 25 th of Dec 2021, I bought table for £540. On the 12 of Jan I called them to ask when can I expect my order to be delivered. Gentlemen said that it should be back in stock soon so I should get it by the end of the month. On the 20th of Jan I rang again I was informed that they will not fullfill my order because the price is to low and they will lose money. They had month to contract me, but no nobody called me to let me know, even that week early all was confirmed. They told my that i Have to pay extra £200 to get my table. I already bought chairs to match the table which i Spend another £500, so was left with no table but 6 chairs!!!! I said to them what i supposed to do with chairs- they said to return them. Very very bad experience. I finally made decision to pay the additional £200. On the delivery day, the delivery company had wrong address !!! They even did not contact with me so I waste whole day waiting for them with no luck!!!!! I never ever had such a bad experience with furniture company like this!!!!!! I had to wait another whole week to get my table.After 49 days table finally arrived. I do not recommend this Company!!

Vintage Weathered Oak dinning table bought just a few months ago and now it got a white mark right in the middle of the table top. Manufacturer said it was my fault but I personally think it's not made for purpose. Top protective/weathered layer is soo thin, can fade just after few months even if wiping it with damp cloth. No issues with Ellis home interiors but this particular table is definitely thing to avoid and definitely don't recommend to anyone.

What a fine company to deal with. The Arizona armchair we ordered arrived on time and goes well with our other items from this range, we ordered elsewhere for them and it took three months the order from Ellis took only 10 days. I recommend that you give them a try as they respond well to phone and email contact without delay.

Just purchased a chest of drawers. The item itself is good, price was competitive and delivery was quite quick. But - was promised 2 man delivery to our room of choice, the delivery team then said then only deliver to the doorstep or just inside the property - hardly room of choice for bedroom furniture! They also refused to wait while I checked the item - emails from Ellis Home made clear that items should be checked or marked as not checked but there was no paperwork for this to be marked on. The guy just took a photo of the box and walked off. Not great service and now I’m left with the job of getting the item upstairs (there’s a reason why I asked for a 2 man delivery!). Won’t use again as I rang to complain and they just said this happens all the time with the delivery company…so use another one or don’t promise something you can’t deliver on. Update: the reply mentions Covid restrictions - the delivery driver said it was too heavy for them. I just took it upstairs with a carpet fitter who was more helpful. They didn’t even mention Covid so I get tired of companies hiding behind this excuse. Just don’t offer something it isn’t going to be done.

The chest is beautiful. The delivery was quick. I’d use this company the next time that I need furniture. I’ve saved them in my reading list, and keep peeking, just in case they have something I decide that I really MUST have!

My mirror arrived in the time expected. It was well wrapped and secure in the packaging. I am so pleased with it. Identical to one in Cox & Cox and yet 20% cheaper. This is my second purchase from Ellis Home Interiors, my first purchase - an outdoor mirror was also excellent value.
