Jul 02,2019The site is very misleading. The picture of the room they show you is not the room you get. I thought I was getting a nice good size room but walked into a closet with a twin size bed. When I complained to hotel staff I was told they have had a lot of the same complaints lately and management was working on updating the photos on the site but since I booked through Elvonline theres nothing they could do. I emailed Elvonline on Sunday got a read receipt but no reply yet.
