Mar 06,2019I booked a room for a client on Elvoline and when I called the hotel directly to ask a question about something, there was no booking in their system. They would not accept a guest without a booking, unless the guest paid again for a new booking. The client was from out of town, and I didn't want him to have any problems, so I booked at a completely different hotel. I am not at all pleased. I will never use this website again.

Mar 06,2019Very disappointed to get to my hotel and find they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. It was very difficult to get in touch with your company to find an alternative hotel. The entire process was stressful and frustrating.
