I have never been to a PT before and came feeling very unfit. Emily has been really supportive in designing a programme to help me focus on strength training to build me up gradually after a knee injury. She adapts the sessions each week to keep them interesting and to make sure that I have around fitness from cardio to weights. I would highly recommend her wherever you are in your fitness journey as she has really helped me to feel much better about myself and my body.
Emily is a fantastic PT and I wish I had started with her earlier. She is encouraging, and kind and will support and explain things as much as you need. The sessions are varied and I am enjoying pushing myself and already feeling the benefits.

Emily is a great trainer, she's motivating and helps you to achieve but not pushy. I have never been a sporty person but she tailors the exercise for my level of fitness, which has improved massively since I started.
I recently suffered an injury which meant l had lost strength & flexibility. I didn’t want to just go to the gym to workout so decided to go the PT route & chose Emily. She spent the first session assessing my injury & my limitations before putting together an action plan - I can already feel a difference. Emily is knowledgeable, patient & explains how the exercise will improve my situation as well as having a bit of laugh as well. Highly recommended.
Emily is a fantastic personal trainer. She is aware of my arthritis and autoimmune conditions and always provides a session that is suitable to my needs. She pushes me just hard enough fir me to be seeing results but not so hard that I flare up. I would definitely recommend Emily if you have limitations with your health as she really does understand and plan for this.
Emily is fantastic. Very patient and kind, whilst also always pushing me just above what i think I can do, I've noticed a signicant difference in my strength and motivation. Very lucky to have found her!

Emily delivered a session for our Netball Club and was brilliant. She made sure that she challenged us all and explained exactly what we were doing and how it would benefit us with her insane knowledge. She was motivating and energetic the whole way through and the court was full of sweat and smiles at the end! I couldn’t recommend Emily more!

Emily came along to our Netball Club to run a set of strength and conditioning sessions from October to January 2024. The sessions were high energy and tailored to how our bodies move on court. Personally, she encouraged me to push myself further than what I thought I was capable, but in a good way! Emily is a great addition to any sports club's coaching programme. Can highly recommend.
I have been having weekly PT sessions with Emily for the past 5 months or so and I absolutely love the sessions! Emily is lovely, she makes the sessions interesting and fun, mixing up the exercises we are doing each session and checking in with how I am finding them. She is very knowledgeable and always explains what we are doing and why, so you know you are in good hands. Emily has taken the time to get to know me and my health conditions and has made exercise possible despite these. She is supportive and doesn't judge if I am having a low energy day, instead she adapts the exercises accordingly, meaning the sessions have the right balance of challenge along with feeling really supported and encouraged within a safe space. Emily's home gym is a nice and well equipped space. It makes it possible for me to have PT sessions in a gym environment without feeling self-conscious as I have done in busy gyms. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer! P.S. Emily's sport massages are fab too!
Emily has been fantastic. I've been out of fitness for a while so have needed help and support in getting back into the swing of things. She is very understanding and supportive and works around any issues you might have or elements you struggle with.
