David recently carried out a major defect survey for us on a property we're purchasing. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Very friendly and helpful, reasonably priced, very detailed and easy report to read produced quickly after the survey and David was really helpful chatting through the outcomes of the survey afterwards too. We would most definitely book David again. Thank you

David recently carried out a survey for us on a cottage we are looking to buy. David responded quickly to our initial enquiry and we also received the Report within a couple of days of the survey. I asked David if he could phone me with some feedback immediately following his visit to the property which he did, as promised, and he was very willing to discuss any specific concerns we had about the property. Subsequently, I have approached David for other information and he has been more than happy to help. I would not hesitate in recommending Eminent Surveyors for a great service!
