Jan 03,2025Primi contatti con la compagnia su whatsapp veramente scadenti a livello comunicativo e di informazioni servite, poi fortunatamente risolti tramite chiamata da Claudia. La casa nonostante fosse molto carina, non era proprio predisposta a una permanenza invernale vista la difficoltà nel riuscire a portare la temperatura almeno a uno stato “mite”. Per il resto possiamo considerare l’esperienza positiva. Francesca la proprietaria di casa è stata molto cordiale e comunque disponibile nel cercare di risolvere le complicazioni riscontrate.

Jan 02,2025Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura per 4 notti, in 7 coppie, e ne siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti. La casa è organizzata in modo impeccabile, pulita e attrezzata alla perfezione. Ogni dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione, il che la rende un luogo davvero speciale. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È senza dubbio una sistemazione da voto 10: non vediamo l’ora di tornare, perché qualsiasi altra opzione ci sembrerebbe un passo indietro rispetto a questa! Complimenti alla proprietà per il lavoro eccezionale. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Dec 25,2024We stayed with Emmas Villas twice and learned the second time that really it's just a platform, they don't do quality control of the homes and aren't available if something should go astray. We told them after our stay that our house was dirty, smelly, and had lots of broken items and they didn't even respond. As annual travelers to Italy we will NOT use this outfit again.

We were two families, 10 adults altogether, and we had plenty of room indoors and outdoors, beautiful garden, peaceful, good beds, everything clean and in good condition, close to supermarket and good restaurants and a short trainride from Rome. You need a car to see the area, though, as there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

Oct 31,2024We (group of 7) were at Emma's Villa (Tuscany) in September 2024. It was a nice experience. Perfect location and nice view over to the Mediterranean Sea. Concierge service (Andrea) was always ready to help. We all have nice memories from that week. Thanks!

Oct 21,2024Abbiamo scelto Emma Villas per la seconda volta, dopo una meravigliosa esperienza nel 2021, per la nostra vacanza estiva in Umbria in una delle proprietà a disposizione. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana che tutto è stato tranne vacanza: - Al check-in la casa versava in condizioni pietose, i proprietari ci hanno informati che gli ospiti precedenti avevano arrecato diversi danni, e han cercato con i mezzi a disposizione e nel minor tempo possibile di metterci una pezza (iniziato le operazioni di pulizia della piscina che si sono però protratte per oltre 24 ore durante le quali la piscina non è stata assolutamente utilizzabile, cambiato la lavastoviglie e fatto delle pulizie approssimative). - Il servizio base per cui avevamo scelto l'immobile, il BBQ, non c'era e non siamo stati minimamente informati. E' stata data la colpa ad un'ordinanza che (dopo ns. verifiche) in realtà non vietava in alcun modo l'accensione di BBQ ma faceva riferimento solamente a fuochi d'artificio e fiamme libere nei boschi. Ci è stato fornito per 8 adulti e 3 bambini un fornelletto a carbonella in sostituzione che sembrava uscito dalla casa delle bambole. - La piscina è rimasta in uno stato pietoso per tutta la vacanza, macchiando costumi, giochi e teli in maniera irrecuperabile. - I condizionatori non hanno funzionato per 3 giorni (diversi solleciti fatti ai proprietari senza alcun risultato, è intervenuta Emma Villas solo al 3° giorno con un tecnico qualificato) e ci siamo ritrovati con una bambina con la febbre a 40.5° e temperature roventi negli appartamenti giorno e notte (ricordo che nella settimana di pertinenza le temperature minime esterne erano di 28°). Aggiungo la presenza di ogni possibile pentola/stoviglia/accessorio da cucina obsoleta e rovinata. A seguito di mesi di trattative, lamentele, e discussioni con il dipartimento di Property Management siamo duramente arrivati ad una compensazione economica per i danni materiali subiti. Ci teniamo comunque a raccontare quanto accaduto perchè sia di aiuto ai prossimi clienti nella scelta della loro location per le vacanze, per noi rimarrà un amaro ricordo che non ci porterà a riprenotare con loro.

Oct 14,2024After July 2023, we were allowed to be guests at Casa Pilar for the second time in October 2024! It was another wonderful week! Autumn also has its charms in Marche and especially in Casa Pilar. Lisa and Cristiano are perfect hosts and they are on hand with help and advice. We will definitely come back to Casa Pilar a third time!

Oct 11,2024When I booked the Villa Night & Day 6 + 2 direct thru Emma Villas website I carefully read the description of the text and I read “a house” and when I looked at the photos I saw the outside of the entire house/villa. When we arrived and were talking with Rita, I asked her whether we had rented the entire house/villa and she replied no, it’s only the ground floor with a mezzanine. In my opinion what I rented was an apartment not a villa or a house. A villa is an entire house not an apartment, nowhere in your text do you state the so called “villa” is ONLY the ground floor. This is totally misleading and had I known that I was renting an “apartment” I would not have booked the Villa Night & Day 6 + 2 but another “proper villa”. During my stay I could hear people talking upstairs, also I would often hear water running in the pipes at between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning and also at 23:00 in the evening. This is not something I would expect to hear when I am on holiday! The kitchen cupboards smelt musty when you opened them. The pool, grounds and view are all stunning and can only say top, 100%.

Oct 10,2024Bellissimo posto, di presenza rende molto di più che in foto. Ottima la posizione, vicino a molti luoghi da visitare della zona. In casa c'erano tutte le comodità proprio come descritto. Lo consiglio, esperienza sicuramente da rifare.

Oct 06,2024We were greeted by Teresa, our host, who was very kind and knowledgeable about what to see in Tuscany. Our villa was beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we could stay longer.

Oct 05,2024The Villa is amazing, perfect for 4 couples, Stefano was very helpful and check in and check out was very easy… the rooms were great, the beds could use a tempurpedic mattress topper they aren’t very comfortable. The GPS has a hard time finding it and without the directions from Stefano I am not sure we would have found it. The view is awesome but the driveway is an adventure, very narrow and steep and uneven gravel, not for the faint of heart. We had a Jeep SUV and anything bigger wouldn’t make it up the driveway Dealing with anyone at Emma Villas was awesome, very helpful, organized, easy to get answers very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend Emma Villas and would use them again for further bookings.

Oct 04,2024Emma Villas provided us a great vacation in a wonderful location. The property was outstanding and the process of booking with Emma Villas was easy and effortless. The property was outstanding in location and meeting all of our needs. The property was a historic farmhouse that was restored to perfection. The property was spotless and the owners met us upon checkin and were so gracious. Location to historic Sicilian towns and to the San Lorenzo beach was fabulous! We had a party of 4 people and the home accommodated 6. Three large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Pool was a great added plus for us to enjoy when we returned from our trips to the historic cities and to the beaches. We highly recommend Emma Villas and the Villa Palmento 6 located in the area of Noto and San Lorenzo beach. Thank you all so much.

Jan 04,2025Anche quest’anno con Emma Villas abbiamo potuto usufruire di un ottimo servizio. Abbiamo goduto un bellissimo soggiorno nelle Podere Orcio 10. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Le stanze ben arredate e confortevoli, la cucina attrezzatissima e il tavolo molto grande ci hanno permesso. Di godere un fine anno e inizio del nuovo anno in compagnia.
